Worthwhile Update to Arlo System

I have owned the original Arlo camer system for years and upgraded to this, which is their newest system. Crisp, clear video plus a much wider-angle lens that the old ones. Plus a spotlight, alarm, and 2-way audio.

In addition, the videos get recorded and you will get alerts even if internet is down due to the hub.

Its a terrible software with horrendous motion detection. 1 camera gave out a week after the year warranty expired. Go figure. I subscrubed to the 24 Hour recording and have probably been able to get a couple hours of each day due to the terrible magnet power connections on these cameras. Not worth the money or headache. Buy a real surveillance system

Don’t not buy!

I have had problems at every possible turn. The flip side is the customer service was on point and even tried to send me new cameras. However, I still couldn’t get my many problems fixed. Worst product ever.

Now I know why my original Arlo stop working a few weeks ago forcing me to buy another camera system. I chose Arlo again because I was statisfied with the 30 day limitation on saved recorded videos. Now with this Ultra once trial is over, you cannot see any recorded video. I get the alert but cannot see anything that occurred. BestBuy and Arlo has misled me and as a loyal customer, choosing to stay with Arlo was a bad decision. Best Buy can I get my money back for this since its useless and I spent a considerable amount of money on this?
