The camera is useless in my opinion. I upgraded from the original Arlo to this Arlo assuming I would be able to have seven days of recordings, just like by other cameras. The free trial lasted sixty days, which is fifteen days past being able to return it to best buy. I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, and just assuming our low hadn't changed its policies. So you pay for the camera and then you have to pay every month in order to be able to use it properly.

Nest is way better and actually works. I set up zones for notifications and it didn’t work. Unable to identify a person from an animal from a package. Very frustrating and because of that, the batteries don’t last. Customer Service was trash and took for ever to get a person on the line just to get transferred.

Limited mounting position and no mounting options
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The mountings on this particular camera kit is not the same as all the other Arlo cameras including other Ultra 2 cameras. You cannot use any other type mount other than the one that is attached to it at the factory limiting your camera mounting options.
