Don’t not buy!

I have had problems at every possible turn. The flip side is the customer service was on point and even tried to send me new cameras. However, I still couldn’t get my many problems fixed. Worst product ever.

Limited mounting position and no mounting options

You cannot use any other type mount other than the one that is attached to it at the factory limiting your camera mounting options.

Arlo Ultra useless after trail period.

Now I know why my original Arlo stop working a few weeks ago forcing me to buy another camera system. I chose Arlo again because I was statisfied with the 30 day limitation on saved recorded videos. Now with this Ultra once trial is over, you cannot see any recorded video. I get the alert but cannot see anything that occurred. BestBuy and Arlo has misled me and as a loyal customer, choosing to stay with Arlo was a bad decision. Best Buy can I get my money back for this since its useless and I spent a considerable amount of money on this?

Nest is way better and actually works. I set up zones for notifications and it didn’t work. Unable to identify a person from an animal from a package. Very frustrating and because of that, the batteries don’t last. Customer Service was trash and took for ever to get a person on the line just to get transferred.
