    Installed and charged all the batteries , went on vacation a few days later and one of the batteries dead. No security .

    Do not purchase Arlo! I received an email that Netgear has decided to end the life of my functioning arlo 2 cameras. They still work nothing is wrong with them but Netgear has decided I must upgrade to a newer camera. They will no longer be supported. Just like that. Do not trust this company I was not told when I purchased that they could at any time stop supporting these cameras even though they still work.

    I was concerned about buying Arlo cameras because of some of the reviews seeming to have significant issues with connectivity and drop outs. So far my experience has been good. I did have issues getting my wife's iphone connected to the cameras but it is now resolved. Others have written about not getting recordings on events that should have recorded. I haven't had that yet.

    Bad quality control. Bad firmware update took out 5 cameras. After 2 weeks with trch support they decide to replace cameras yet they are out of stock on U2 cameras and do not know when they will be back in stock. Get in line. Many are in same boat. And these are sold as se urity cameras. Awful.

    One of three cameras stopped working after a mild rain. The replacement set had another non working camera. The installer yelled at me in my home saying, "it's working!" The power kept going in and out as he yelled. I told him to take it all down if he could't get them all to work. He wasted 9 hours and all my patience, even yelled at me for NOTHING!

    Service is to expensive. Takes to long to go live. Clarity is not that good. Very disappointed.

    Fantastic picture quality. Very helpful when I'm away from home (and honestly, even when I am home but don't want to answer the door...LMBO). Very easy to replace batteries (less than a minute).

    Easy and straightforward setup and link to original Ultra 1 security camera system, simple, no issues link to existing Arlo app. The only disadvantage is that I cannot watch linked cameras with playback on my laptop since it is 4K. I would have to download the video to watch.
