I live in a housing development with moderate traffic. The camera batteries needed recharging every 24 hours. Only one camera can be monitored at a time and only one monitor can be used at a time. Logging in from your phone logs out all other monitors, I returned it for a full refund.

No wires batteries last over 30 days, 4k is crystal clear haven't fine tuned all functions yet.

I was hesitant to pull the trigger due to the price, but this system had paid for itself already. App is easy to use and cameras have a decent life before needing to be recharged. I'll never get a wired system ever again. Might be forking out some money when the one year included services run out but honestly that's fine by me given the peace of mind and ease this system provides.

The cameras are really good. My router was older and I had to get a new router to be able to handle the cameras. I didn’t like that I paid for 4K cameras but somewhere in the directions it talks about after two consecutive movies, it reverts to 1080p. The app was a little complicated and I’m not new to technology. Maybe I’ll try them again later.

I recommend it for its good quality and features. I just don’t give it 5 stars because of the price and batteries do not last too much.

It's expensive! For the money I bought it which was $1000+, Arlo's customer care failed completely. Cameras weren't working when in 4K mode. Which is what this unit advertised. I had to use my purchased Best Buy insurance to replace the unit instead of waiting for 3 months to replace defective cameras. It cost me extra $100.

Clear picture, easy to place where needed and adjust. Recommend for home security.

The cameras are 4K only for live view locally on the same network. The notifications and little video snippets you get on your phone after an incident are only 1080p. For some reason, the local 4k didn't work for me either, I tried to work with Arlo Tech support, and they made me send them video files numerous times, which I did, only to find that it is only 1080p. After a couple days, they agree it is a known bug from their end, and there is no ETA for the fix If you are happy with 1080p, you could just get Arlo Pro 2s which I ended up doing as they are 50% the price of these. The only additional feature is a flash/flood light, which you can get from for a $1 other places. Also, the Arlo Pro2 s come with lifetime 7 day recording for all 4 cameras, where as this 4k one requires some premium data streaming, which is 1080p anyway. Also, after free 1 year, their 7 day is only 1 camera. I would strongly suggest people to wait till the prices drop on this like 50% down, then maybe consider it.

We had Arlo 2 cameras and decided to upgrade~! The video quality is amazing!

Works well but need update to work with smartthings. Then id have no complaints at all.

These cameras were easy to install and the images are very clear. I highly recommend.
