Overall, good product, however, poor customer support via phone. Can't seem to get audio from the Ultra cameras to work.

Only hope the rest of the equipment works as well. I need to put power to the garage before i give a final thumbs up, but i expect the best. Thanks James

Excellent quality, durability, realizability. Be sure to get additional batteries and solar chargers for high traffic areas. Arlo is amazing!

Great camera system for anything/everything you might need it for. Simple to use and user friendly.

Awesome cameras with live view. Only down side is that you have to pay for services on something you own after a year. Other than that awesome cameras. Easy to install

If you buy this system from Best Buy with extended warranty and 1 camera goes bad you will have to return the whole system instead of them replacing camera, even though they sell the individual camera. The system sucks overall. Losing camera signals often and takes forever to connect.

Upgraded from Pro to Ultra. Huge difference with the screen resolution and covered area. Still able to use my old Pro cameras with the new base.

Arlo camera is sensitive to detect even an insect, it can be programmed to detect animals or not, I recommend this camera, the battery is excellent

Looks great and easy to install, also the subscription is reasonably priced. I wish I would have bought the all black but white looks nice too.

Battery drains much too fast even with the solar panel connected.

These are amazing and have worked great for the past year. Batteries last fairly long but I like having spare charging.

Some issues on this camera. Arlo needs to fix a lot of problems. Just read arlo forums for more information

There seems to be a huge problem with the Arlo cloud system which is very important to this equipment operating as a security system. It has had well documented problems for a large number of users who have been very vocal on the Arlo forums ( https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Ultra/bd-p/en-arlo-ultra ). The worst part is that it seems like when one problem is solved another one is created or an old problem returns. The equipment is reasonably good but not as good as the Arlo marketing materials say it is. I've waited over a year to post this review because I kept thinking the problems would be solved, but they haven't. I consider this one of the worst purchase decisions I've ever made. Just to be clear none of this reflects any negative light on Best Buy. The problems are solely with Arlo.

Cameras work great, but the signal for wireless is not real strong. Had to get a second hub to keep the connections strong around the home.

The cameras only detect motion up to about 20 feet. The Google Outdoor Nest IQ is much better.

If zero stars we're an option that would be my overall rating. This product is by no means ready to be sold, it's horrible in all aspects of the word. I owned the Arlo Pro 2 and had no issues so decided to upgrade to what I thought to be an even better product...how wrong I was. I experienced CONSTANT connection issues. Everything would fine for a few hours and my cameras and/ or base station goes offline (no other products in our home are ever affected). Very frustrating! IMHO this product shouldn't be trusted to assist in securing your home or business.

Upgraded from the Arlo pro 2 to this. What I like is I can charge them without taking them down. I bought the 25ft length magnetic cord to do it

Pros: User interfaces are good. Installation is easy. Wireless range is good. Cons: Not compatible with PC or Mac. Only mobile devices are supported. No local storage options. Online use through PC requires Adobe Flash which most browsers actively block because it is a known security risk and is being deprecated. Access to full features requires recurring subscription fees.
