I am the type that never submits reviews or comments on products, but after buying these and reading the number of low reviews I wanted to chime in as well. I waited for these for several months in hopes to replace my Arlo pro system and bought these today once they came out. I am an IT director and have a smart home and with many changes that I’ve made to the cameras, they could not keep up unlike my Arlo pro system. There were a number of glitches such as lag time from about 10 to 15 seconds, great pixelated film on the camera video, and an accessible features. I bought these in hopes to prove some negative reviewers wrong but returned the cameras for the Arlo Pro 2 system. It’s a bummer but maybe in six months they’ll be better.

This is a awesome camera system to record viedo around the outside of your house

I've been using Arlo for quite some time and it was time for an upgrade. Not disappointed at all.

Considering the price and the product after all, it doesn’t worth it. There is no difference notably between the models before. The 4K vision is just a crappy publicity they use to catch buyers and the zoom is worst, you get pixelated images. Arlo Technical Support are not prepared and they answer your question aiming the problems to your internet connection, Router, quantities of equipment connected to the router and Internet Speed Service trying to justify that is not their poor quality product. I do have an Spectrum 1 Gig Internet Service, Only 2 devices connected to the Spectrum Router (my iPhone X “through Wifi” and the Arlo Smart Hub “wired”) with also the Solar panels. I spend $1445.15 on this (Combo that come 4 Ultra Arlo Cameras with the Smart hub, plus 4 Solar Panels, plus 2 Brackets). So I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT to anyone.

These cameras are great for monitoring your home and yard. You can zoom in and still have a clear picture.

These are by far the best security cameras out there. Love the outdoor display and the alarms sound loud enough.

if these cameras used wifi instead of there hub would be great

Very disappointed in this product. While watching trespassers on my camera it just stops working. Zoom in to see a license plate and it's blurry. Doesn't record long enough to see what's going on. would not purchased again.
