I love it! all the bad reviews I don’t understand if you set it up and read all the suggestions about saving battery power, false alerts (setting motion areas) is just setting the cameras up in correct locations. But you will have to boost your WiFi if there’s multiple walls between the station and camera.

Love the new Arlo ultra camera system. The color night video is a big plus.

The cameras build and quality are excellent. These are 4K resolution cameras. When they first came out they had some minor software issues but not anymore. Rest assured they work as they should and they are easy to install. The app work great and is very user friendly. Happy customer and best of all my entire home’s perimeters are secured 24/7.

This system covers everything I need. Great video and audio.

This unit gives me mixed feelings. It works well with Apple Homekit but seems that the camera system needs more attention like ram or processing power. It doesn't display the picture well without pixelating at a lot. I have other branded HomeKit cameras and they work excellent. Arlo CVR and smart features you have to pay for are complete garbage - I reccommend you not to waste your money. I inserted a micro sd card into the Arlo base station and that made the system usable as Arlo services made the unit struggle - big time! For the money, I expected way better performance. Last Arlo product for me, for sure!!!

Cameras are easy to set up, however after your initial "Free" subscription to Arlo Cloud, you must pay a huge monthly fee to be able to access your library of videos. Had I done my due diligence before purchase, I may have looked at other, less expensive products.

Easy set up. 4k view is very clear Product appears to work as designed.

Pricey but well worth it. Setup was easy and video quality is fantastic.

This system should be flawless for the price. It has a lot of bugs. The CVR setup does not work as of yet. No fix through tech support. The smart system is over priced and is required. Here you think you bought a camera system you can access all of the time but it all depends on what package you choose. Before I was done I had a $60 a month package for only 4 cameras. I wish also had to but an additional $350 in accessories. Only comes with 2 mounts for 4 cameras, 1 cord for 4 cameras etc. Overall very user friendly. Use these to watch your dogs, not for security or even as a nanny cam as they may not work when you need them to.

Arlo is improving image quality and resolution as well as coverage.

So I upgraded from the ring camera and have to say I'm impressed. I've had this camera since December and it has been such a great upgrade. I've also added local storage to the home base and it's been helpful transferring videos to my PC. If you have a ring and are looking to upgrade definitely give this camera a once over it's such an upgrade.

It was good. Hookup was a little hard to do but afterwords I was able to get it done. Really cool with where i could place it in my home. But negative is if I have the motion sensor on while indoor it must drain the battery life quicker. So I have had to charge it multiple times.

Bought my arlo ultra 4 camera system in October 2019 and have been on the phone with ARLO multiple times per week !!!!! Items are NOT 4K and NEVER stay connected to WIFI and when you try to view ALL cameras threw the ARLO APP , they never show all cameras !!! Only 1-2 CAMERAS connect .. I travel for work and NEED to view my cameras on the regular and this item SIMPLY cannot give you that and I have ALL of them on power at ALL times SO !! NO EXCUSE NOT TO BE CONNECTED ... No longer can return my cameras or the accesories I purchased SO I have a case with ARLO and expect to get a full refund when I provide my proof of purchase ..

Picture Quality is excellent as is the charge on the battery.

Really enjoyed these cameras. Easy to use Arlo App. Batteries last over a month for us.
