Customers are saying

Customers value the excellent 4K video quality, long battery life, and effective night vision of the Ultra 3-Camera system. They also appreciate the ease of setup and intuitive controls, along with the wide field of view and spotlight features. However, some users experienced issues with motion detection sensitivity and occasional connectivity problems. A few customers also noted that the siren and signal strength could be improved.

This system is amazing. The video quality is crisp and clear. I can zoom in and out from the image, and do locar video storage. So far I have no problems and it's working perfectly.

Why don't you pay a few more dollars for a camera that can produce premium pictures? Anything less than 4k resolution is hit and miss but this setup is the best I have ever used.

Overall this is a good product but I still cannot get the free 1 year trial, best buy could not find the key code needed, and Arlo does not really have live help, seems to refer back to past help topics. So I cannot review any recordings on my phone, I have to get the micro SD drive out of the unit, which you need to purchase separately and then plug into my computer and search files, they are not categorized but do have dates, no times. I have 4 cameras so there are tons of files to review.

Like the cameras but the lens on two cameras would always show upside down & motion didn’t capture me from 30 feet away.

Not a lot of flexibility in setting up the cameras for use around the clock but was able to figure it out. There telephone support was helpful in me setting it up. It's still the way I want it but we are getting there.

The clarity and sensitivity are better than expected. You have to adjust the cameras to desire setting and alerts. If you don't adjust then your battery will drain quickly.

The camera system recordings are in 2K unless you pay for the premium service. Live feed quality is very good. Need to work on the video recording tracking software, it's very jumpy and not very accurate at keeping the target in the middle of the frame. For $800 security camera system I expect it to work flawlessly and be in 4k as advertised. I'd pay about $400 for this and not feel ripped off. I don't like that you can't turn off certain alerts like sound that we get a lot of from wind.

Easy to setup. I don't know if it is better than the 1080 but I want the black color. I have not tried to store the video in the SD card yet. So far, I don't have any issue.

I think these were great cameras for wireless! But had to return, because I want more of a hardwired connection. Pixels were great for wireless. Best wire free cams!

I first tried the Arlo Pro 2 and then this one and I have to say I have been disappointed by both! I can understand if you were using them indoors, it may work better. However, for me, I’m using them outdoors and it has been a horrible experience!! And they are outside in front of my house and maybe - little over 100 ft away from the hub. My problem is, they are glitchy and the delay in the notification is about 2 minutes. I’m notified but the video doesn’t show til later. When I tested it, it doesn’t even capture me at times. And on top of it all, this battery life is a lie! They DO NOT last that long! Of course I called customer service to troubleshoot and I’ve been told the following: 1. The cameras are too far away from the hub. 2. They don’t work with brick homes because the walls are too thick. 3. It’s your internet connection. I bought mesh routers for better WiFi and they still don’t work! For the amount you pay for these cameras, they should work a lot better. What is the use of having a product to protect you and your family when it does not work properly? I’ll be taking these back and getting wired cameras that are not WiFi based!

The reason I am giving this camera a 4 star is that it takes awhile for the live feed to start playing on any one camera that is connected. Otherwise, I am extremely pleased with this newest Arlo camera system.

Wonderful high-end system with many useful features. Installs easily and works as advertised. For the price it should include a spare battery and charging stand. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
