Good picture and easy to use but didn’t like having to recharge them so I returned.

The Arlo Ultra 2 models offer easy setup and are easy to use on a daily basis. But...storing 4K video to the cloud requires a subscription in addition to the standard subscription for HD content. Prepare to re-charge the cameras every couple weeks for higher-traffic areas. Video quality is very good, but the standard high-definition models may be adequate for your needs.

I am giving 3 stars because I am not impressed. For the price you should get more. Why do they not give you 2 of the same mounts. So you spend all this money and have to go spend another $40 for another mount. Its a pain the charge them because you have to pull them down or run an extension cord. Could I buy a charger for an additional $50. Delay is video is horrible. UPS can get out of the truck, walk to my door, drop off a package and get back in the truck before I get a notification. Its a "Security Camera". Someone could be in my house before I would get a notification. If you are looking for a camera to show the police a video of someone stealing car after its already gone get this camera. All it has done for us is to find out that our neighbors allow their cats to roam the neighborhood and we have a possum. Also, we bought the wired doorbell and can not get it to connect to the hub that is 10 feet away.

I had the old arlo's. These are definitely a better picture, however paying a monthly subscription is ridiculous. I recommend the regular arlo's.

I was a bit hesitant about buying the Arlo Ultra System but have been pleased with the video quality and the cloud storage features. These cameras are excellent at sensing activity in the field of view and recording 4K video to the cloud. It only takes a matter of seconds to receive an alert and view the video. Installation of the cameras and joining the hub to the network was very easy. I would highly recommend this system.

I had it for about a year and it works fine. I live in Chicago and it holds up in the winter I was impressed but I have used it with and with out batteries but I mostly had the charger plug on it because of wanting to have them recording. I would recommend it but I paid retail price when I came out. And the 30 days isn’t really work it of looking back recording. I would just stick with the 7days. And you can always save the video. Also it doesn’t really recognize things that are there. It’s pretty good but can be way better.

Very nice cameras. Picture is super clear. Very easy to install. Highly recommended for a no wire system.

I had to return these units. I love what Arlo offers with the local storage and very fair subscription pricing. However, their base unit that the cameras connect to is weak. I had it dead center in my home. I wasn't willing to spend more to extend the coverage. If you have a large home, that's just what you would have to do to keep the cameras from dropping, "maybe". I had one cam on the front of my home which worked very well and then another on the back of my home which had a very weak signal and would constantly drop the connection. Mind you, both cameras had about the same distance from the base with the same number of walls and obstacles between them. The third camera was a dud, which was making a weird clicking noise and would never connect.

They really need to have a camera using 4K able to access the 5ghz frequency! We have a dual band with 2.4/5 ghz and it reaches speeds of 400mbps. We have 2 Wi-Fi extenders spring they reach around entire house and out front and out back at great speeds as checked on ookla speed test. When using the 4K mode the cameras get right around a 25-30 second lag, the 2k mode only gets about3-5 second delay. Quality is ok for 2k, but the 4K obviously is better but still hard to decipher letters/numbers on license Plates from driveway to street. Also feel scammed by “free year” of smart service. The box specifically states you will get a free year of smart service with purchase, we purchased the 4- 4K with hub Arlo Ultra system and they did not come with any free service! Look it up on multiple sites before and you will see the issues that people are claiming is true, Arlo says it is a Best Buy thing and Best Buy will tell you it’s an Arlo thing. It should have a promo or code to redeem your free year when you create an account but it does not have a code anywhere in box. You have to stay on hold forever with Arlo, I have tried live chat several times and it says not available everytime. I emailed twice now and waited a week, no response from Arlo!

The Arlo camera system is wonderful. Easy to setup and operate. The picture/video quality is amazing.

Love that it is in color at night versus black & white. Don't understand why it came with 2 plastic brackets & 2 metal brackets. This is for outdoors, they should have all been metal. Biggest hangup is the delay can be up to 10 seconds even on "live" feed. This also means it doesn't catch the first few seconds of activity before recording starts. Also do not like that the 1 camera says feed is disconnected/down but it really isn't. App goes down weekly but doesn't last more than a minute. Not sure why it is constant. Almost like it is resetting itself

As a Vue/Arlo user from the very beginning I was excited to finally upgrade. The viewing field's built in LED and 2 way voice works well.

The system was easy to install and the software is pretty intuitive. We are still fine tuning the sound sensitivity as every time a train goes by (several blocks away) it sets the cameras off. They tend to be quite sensitive during stormy weather, but for a DYI system, this is just what we need. Easy to arm and disarm, remote viewing, and seeing when the neighbors dog is leaving little presents. Worth the price.

Easy to setup, adjust , control. Mounting is easy. Love the night vision, light, siren.

Great cameras. We have battery operated and hardwired. I would only purchase hard wired cameras. Better picture without a lag

I really love these cameras, the only down fall is that they do need to be recharged way more often than what I was told.!

Replaced our old cameras with this new Arlo Ultra 4-Camera system. These cameras work much better than the ones we had. No problems so far with the cameras disarming when you had armed them. The picture quality is better. They are easy to use and install. I love that you have the ability to two way communicate with someone if necessary. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good home security camera system.

The videos were amazing, I was mislead but the advertising and found that there is a monthly fee to capture videos. I returned it and purchased Arlo 2 - not even close to picture quality but can store videos for week on Arlo site for free. If I could do over would have taken closer look at Blink
