The Arlo Ultra cameras are everything we expected in a security camera. Very easy to install. The video quality is excellent!! Highly recommend!!

I like the fact of having wireless cameras, but they are constantly needing to be charged if they are located in a highly active area. Which were I have mine, there is always something going on. I live in a very busy area. But needed that extra security. I am constantly having to climb up and down ladders to charge them, which might I add this if no one is home to help me I am terrified of heights.

Ever since these have been released in late March, they have gotten progressively better with each firmware and app update. Most bugs have been worked out. Only issues that I find are that the distances from the hub aren’t nearly as good as the Arlo Pro 2 that I had before. Continually get connection errors because of where they’re placed even tho it’s where cameras were placed before with no problem.

The siren could be louder, but it gets the job done. Super clear videos and easy to navigate on the app. Clear audio also! Great product!!

Arlo Ultra is extremely well made and is by far over engineered! This security system will not fail you it has been a treat to own this and I’m very pleased.

Arlo is very simple to setup. The ultra has a spotlight that is set off at night which makes this very effective in keeping intruders away.

Great cameras. Easy to set up and use. 4K recording is great. Has auto zoom settings. Set activity zones. Motion detection sensitivity. Pinch zoom on playback. Great purchase.

The camera is great. The speaker is terrible you can't speak to people. The siren is barely audible.

After three car break ins in two years in my drive way I am confident I can help the police to catch them should they return! GREAT CAMERAS!

Not impressed at all for the price. After several months of use sold them on eBay to buy Blink camera system instead. These Arlo kept freezing and taking forever to load up video. Not recommended at all and it was a little difficult getting them uploaded. My new Blink cameras were supper easy to use great battery life and recommended them to everyone.

Did not want to hard wire a system.... Am very pleased with this one. Battery life is very good and video quality is excellent. No complaints

Pre-ordered this to replace and upgrade my existing Arlo system which works fine. Wanted better video quality and a little better night recording. I read the other poor reviews and hesitantly decided to go ahead with the upgrade. What a mistake. Put cameras in yesterday and everything seemed ok. Firmware updated, cameras updated. A little slow to connect when wanting to view live but figured later updates may fix. Woke up today to find 1 camera offline and 1 other w no recordings even though I know there should’ve been from last night. No recordings of driveway area even though we had guests come and go last night?? So now my home security doesn’t do anything. Returning to Best Buy and going back to my old system. Also, video quality is only slightly better. 4K? Ok, if you say so. I wanted to like this Arlo, but it is a complete disappointment.

I bought these thinking they would be the perfect solution but for the money I spent on "top of the line cameras" the experience as Sub-par at best. Really wish Google nest had a solution similar to Arlo that was way better but sadly nothing exists yet. Also these cameras are supposed to be 4K but either my vision is getting bad or my unit is defective because i had better quality coming from my razor flip phone camera from 2005.

This is my first home camera system. It has exceeded our expectations. When I'm at work, I can see and talk thru the camera speaker. Its great!

Great purchase. Great value for the money. Would recommend this purchase and would buy it again. Nice cameras.

I bought these when I lived in an apartment complex. There was so much action they died every couple days. But since I moved to a house they last a little over a week depending on the wildlife. Only issue is if it loses power it does. It work u til you reset the head unit which is a pain and does not always work easily. The 2 way talking is choppy and does not always work well either. But I guess if your going on picture quality it is good. But still does not read license plates even though it says it does.

Had to spend several hours on the phone with tech support to get cameras working and had to buy $100 of security software. Cameras don't last 2 to 3 months in high traffic areas like front doors (more like a week). Also had to upgrade wifi system) to get cameras located farther away to work.

Notification is several seconds slow and loading the initial video in the app to playback takes almost a minute to show.

great cameras and the advantage of using solar to avoid recharging is excellent! i highly recommend these cameras and accessories.

We have peace of mind after installing Arlo it's user-friendly to set up exactly what you want it to do. During these times of economic hardship, it's nice to know another set of eyes is there protecting your property. As soon as Arlo is triggered you will be notified then you can view video or in real-time trigger siren, take a photo, along with other features. Best Buy offers the best value and service I will never buy anything electronic from any other company I have had to many bad past experiences.
