My co-worker recommended these cameras this summer and we love them. With the four pack, we are able to have a 360 view of our home. We ended up buying solar panels to add power to the two that hand up high. The other two are magnetek to our fenceposts. They all work great, though the one that is farther from the router sometimes loses signal. However, that's rare and when you set it up, it helps you choose your location to prevent that being an issue. It gives us so much peace of mind to have these cameras, especially when we are out of town. As a fun bonus, we can watch our dogs play in the yard while we are at work :)

Super easy set-up, everything works great. Mobile app could use some polishing but it is functional as is. Video is super sharp and details are easily picked out. The perfect system for home security.

This is a great camera! The picture is really clear and the night vision is better than others I have seen. It is easy to install. The sensors are really sensitive, make sure you trim any branches away from the view of the camera or it will go off a lot.

The peace of mind these cameras have given me is great. In high traffic areas make sure you install the solar panel so you won’t have to charge the camera up frequently. Very well made product

good quality cameras. Audio while watching cameras on device is clear and loud. However, two way speaker (to talk to someone at your door etc) is too low. Overall, great quality. You may use SD card to avoid monthly storage fees.

It seems it would have work for our home, however it did not! The problem was that the cameras only works if they are within 30ft of the modem. Our house is 4700 Sq.Ft. The modem was over 100ft away from the others cameras. Too expensive to buy more modems to make it works, also the cameras don’t always be in color at night! Some of the pictures are in Black & White. So we had to go with a hard wired system instead .

I used another brand for years and decided to switch for two reasons. 1. The other brand connects each camera to the wifi and as the years go on more and more devices connect to WiFi. We started having too many devices and the router would stop allowing things to connect so the cameras were not always connected. 2. The other brand has a small glass protector over the lens. The two units I had outside, yes they were outdoor rated, had the glass fall out and water intrusion shortly after. The ability to have a siren, two way communication and a spot light were all beneficial and I have used each a few times in the two months I have owned them.

Overall they are pretty good camera's. Resolution is good, on the downside they go offline occasionally and I worry that they will be offline when they are needed most.

Easy installation and good connectivity in single floor 2200 square foot brick home. The only issue is the slow response to motion. Someone walking up driveway doesn’t get recognized and recorded until almost at front door.

Upgraded to the Ultra from the Arlo Pro. Pro was only 720 so still an upgrade. Issues with Arlo not updating the library in a timely manner. Also must have a premium subscription to view archived video in 4K otherwise it will be 1080p.

Purchased cameras to use indoors. Amazing picture quality and easy to use. Would recommend buying rechargeable unit with extra batteries because camera battery has to be replaced weekly.

I regret this purchase. I have hated this product since I got it. Unfortunately I didn't install the system until the return period had passed. I want to preface this by saying I read the negative reviews and thought it's just user error, or a crappy network and I wouldn't have these issues because I work in IT. I was wrong. It's not user error. It's crappy design. The system seems to work as designed. The issue is they have designed it to be unreliable. I have 2 ultra cameras, the ultra base and 2 pro2 cameras that connect to the ultra base. Both of the pro2 cameras go offline at the same time at least once a month and are offline for a week before just randomly coming back online. This seems to happen across the board it seems from looking at forums. At this time, those are down and so is the 2 ultra cameras, so I have 0 working cameras at this time. When the cameras are online, their functionality is poor. You have to be in front of the camera for them to detect anything, and I mean less then 10 feet in front of the camera. I have had ups deliver a package to my door that is 12 feet from the camera, with nothing in between the camera and door. The Ultra camera did not detect any of the movement from the delivery. There is not a continuous record, so you cannot review footage from anytime there is no motion detected. When there is motion and it records, most often, you are only given the last part of the footage. Someone can literally walk up, steal your package, and the only footage you will get is them walking off, unless of course they are being slow, and snooping in your windows before taking the package. I have even installed a micro sd card in the base station to try to get the extended record time, and it makes no difference. You can customize the alert types you want, but it really makes no difference. You will disable animal movements and still get alerts for the animals and it be identified as an animal type. You won't get alerts when you want because it won't detect motion. Some stuff will be triggered as others types. Animals will be triggered as a vehicle. A bee will be triggered as a person. If you are live streaming and trying to record, expect it to cut out so what you need to record, you can't even see, much less get on camera. I regret this purchase, and discourage everyone from buying this.

This is a very expensive camera and does record good quality when you have enough internet strength. Love the battery option and the look of the camera and it works as advertised.

Easy to setup. Only issue is screw on camera mount. The mount has to screw in the rear of camera because of the battery recharge port on the bottom which makes it hard to mount and set for field of view in some locations.

We bought this camera for our home to monitor when away. The quality is actually quite trash, and its 4k only if someone is right in front of the camera. It also is unable to pick up most motion in the front of the house or it picks up way too much. There was no in between. The lag time from a person being on camera and it going to the base was also about 2 seconds and another 5 to connect to the system to see who was there. By that time, someone is probably gone and you probably only captured them for 2 seconds. I am also unable to record on a whim despite the app showing this functionality. Lastly, when we had it in a location where it did record more, thebattery was drained from 80% to 60% in one night due to constant traffic. Meaning you will get a huge influx of useless notification, but it may capture some things of interest. I would recommend passing on this item. Look for other systems to protect your home. Unfortunately for me, its past the return period. Please don't make the same mistake after reading the glowing reviews.

I've had problems from the beginning. i consider myself very good with technology, networks etc. This product has just jad connectivity. horrible battery life. I have to change the battery less than every 24 hours (and it takes 6 hours to charge) when there is a lot of motion etc. THEN You have to pay another 20 dollars a year to actually enable the 4k (which doesnt even work), on top of another 200 (which is free for the first year for the added features) The tech support is horrible and you can't get ahold of anyone. They are not knowedgeable and give you canned responses that don't work at all because the product itself isn't up to par, or the firmware, batteries, something is not operating optiminally. Tech support tells you it's some other issue that's not theirs, which is ironic because my network works flawlessly with a 1 GBPS line. So they gotta fix this, asap. I spent a lot of money on this and I have to replace the battery every few days even for the cameras that don't have much movement. Defeats the purpose of having this thing

I replaced my Arlo Pro with these and they work well. They were easy to set up. The picture quality is very good. I like that the camera zooms in on the movement. When movement is detected it alerts whether it is a person or animal. Similar to the Arlo Pro there is a 3 second delay in notification. Im not sure that any brand has a shorter delay time though. The battery life has been good so far. The mounting stands are an improvement over the Pro. The cameras seems to sit better in this design. I am very pleased with this purchase!

I have added this to replace my older cameras. Updated system is amazing. These cameras are in 4hd color & they follow the intrusion in a 180 degree

This system was easy to setup and easy to control. I just could never get a clip that I could distinguish a license plate at 30 or more feet away. Therefore, I returned this system.
