Hub is about 10 feet from the floodlight, I have the smart hub from Arlo pro 2 (with siren) that’s supposedly compatible with the floodlight. It was initially set up when it wasn’t installed outside to serve the floodlight purpose, but after placing them to their permanent positions, it gives me poor video bandwidth and I can’t get past that part. Tried to take down and put back up a few times but failed. So I tried the no hub set up and it doesn’t get past the QR code part. I’m out of ideas and patience. I’m guessing I need to get a new hub? But my gosh, could’ve updated the Arlo official information so people don’t have to result to this.. I would’ve been a big fan of the floodlight...if only it worked

My floodlight did not last 1 year. I would never buy any Arlo products again!

Every time you contact them, the last resort will be RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you have to pay for the shipping fee even if you still have 1 year warranty.

It fills with water and shorts out. New app is Zero stars it is so bad. They changed the app so the now you can't easily control various cameras and you have to delete all of the saved videos 1 at a time.. Crazy.. I have hundreds of videos each week.
