Every time you contact them, the last resort will be RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you have to pay for the shipping fee even if you still have 1 year warranty.

It fills with water and shorts out. New app is Zero stars it is so bad. They changed the app so the now you can't easily control various cameras and you have to delete all of the saved videos 1 at a time.. Crazy.. I have hundreds of videos each week.

Not happy with Arlos rules.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Camera works good but Arlo wants a monthly fee to be able to take photos after the trial period is up. I feel that it is your camera and you should be able to take photos.
