Giant Robots. Fighting each other. What else is there?

Bought my son a game beginning of February didn’t know there’s a 15 day policy. He got it from his other grandparents so I try to return today couldn’t do it so I’m stuck with a $45 game. I think that is the worst policy ever is never been opened. I will never buy games from Best Buy again.

The game seems fine, but I couldn’t get into it. We were spoiled with how great Elden Ring was.

Ridiculous progression of difficulty that takes all the fun out of this game. Took me over an hour just to finish the first mission. And I've now spent multiple hours trying to finish the last battle in chapter ONE. I give up. Getting my butt handed to me repeatedly in chapter one of any game is not my idea of a fun time. Should have known better given it's the same studio that brought us Demon Souls & Elden Ring. Another two games that were huge wastes of my time & money. At least give us casual gamers the ability to change the difficulty level. I would love to git gud, but getting good needs to be entertaining. This game is not.

Same old from soft crap that makes it in accessable to the regular casual player

This is a challenging game, but not punishing. Missions are quick, so you never get stuck at one section for too long. The shop offers many weapons, so there's always something to experiment with. If you ever fail a mission, you can change your loadout and retry from a checkpoint right away. This is the kind of game that will introduce an incredibly difficult boss fight that annihilates you in seconds, but it never feels impossible. It's rare for a game to successfully balance toughness and fairness.
