This was a gift for my son and he is very happy with it.

The kids really enjoyed their new Nintendo Switch games.

The gameplay is fun and the characters are interesting. The controls are a little difficult to get used to while using the "thumbs-up grip", but it is definitely fun to do. It will also show you if your JoyCons function properly, as my cousin has a set that couldn't perform the motion inputs quite well. You don't get the exact *PUNCH* you got from playing Wii Sports Boxing, but it is still satisfying. As a mention, it is more of a strategy game with a punching aesthetic since it is all about the timing of blocking, dodging, and using your special moves. It is fun game to introduce the Switch to friends and family, but has enough to warrant serious competitive play. I'd recommend buying at the $30-$40 range, but worth at least $40.

Overall this game is simply amazing! if definitely gives you super smash bro. vibes but with a completely different twist. If you love competitive games this may be the game for you!

Read the reviews, and people seemed to have fun, so we bought it, and must admit, that this is a fun game. Not many games are available for the Switch, so run out and get this one.

I bought this for my 8yr old son and I've played with him a few rounds. This is a great game, it gets you moving and the game mechanic is great with beautiful graphics. Nicely done!

I bought this game for my 10 year old and he loves it. I does not have the blood and guts but my other younger kids love to watch it be played. Very happy with it

A polished game, but lacking in content. It takes a few hours to get good at it, but by then, you've already seen everything it has to offer. The fun and challenge of fighting games comes from mastering each character. Unfortunately, there isn't enough to differentiate these characters. They all have the same fighting style. They have access to the same arms. It takes too long to earn currency, and you can't buy the arms you want. Additional modes, like volleyball and target practice, are awkward and hurt the flow of the game. First entries for a new IP are usually weak. I think this series has a future though.

My son and daughter love this game, even my wife plays.

Yes, this is a pretty simple game but my middle school girls love being able to strategize about which characters to play and they enjoy playing online with their friends!

Intuative use of joy cons showcases switches abilities

This is a simplistic fighting game that uses the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons very well. It's lots of fun to play with my kids because the controls are easy for them.

My kids battle and battle....then Take turns trying to beat me up. But this old man has skills! Great game. Lots of fun. And it’s not too complicated. Great buy.

This game is incredibly fun and gets very competitive when you play with others. It takes a little while to get the hang of things but once you do it's hard to put down!

May need some time getting used to the punching mechanics with the joy cons. Once you start getting used to it, game gets very competitive on the couch or online.

This game reminded me of why the Wii was so fun. Just start the game and punch each other. Don't worry about strategy or complicated controls, just have fun.

This was an 'asked for' game by my grandson who previously played the game with a friend. They like the game. I enjoy the fact that it is not a shoot-'em-up-and-kill-'em!
