Customers are saying

Customers commend ARMS' surprisingly deep and fun gameplay, phenomenal motion controls, and ease of use, making it enjoyable for players of all skill levels. Many appreciate the colorful characters and find the game's difficulty to be a satisfying challenge. However, some wish for more content and find the price point to be a bit high, while others would like to see more single-player options.

Arms is a fighting game with a colorful and chic cast of characters. Much of the roster — fighters like bubbly songstress Ribbon Girl, tiny-girl-in-a-mech-suit Mechanica and the questionably pulsating green blob Helix — were fan favorites as soon as they were introduced, thanks to Nintendo’s incredible character designs. Strong, memorable leads are at the heart of Arms, and it’s one of the primary reasons it’s so easy to quickly fall in love with the game. But the game also showcases Nintendo’s knack for polishing a simple mechanic — in this case, punching with extendable, springy arms. This is what really sets the Switch game apart from dozens of 3D fighting games that preceded it.

For a new IP is very fun game but it is challenging. I wish we were able to change the controls to our liking so it's easier to fight. I prefer the motions as it's most easy to jab and move around

The unique ability of various arms, easily learnable character's movements, and the maps/scenery keep things interesting whether you are an expert or a newbie.

I would recommend Arms to anyone with a Nintendo Switch. You'll need to buy an extra pair of joycons but the game itself is good fun single player or online.

Got this for my four kids ages range 6-11 and they all love it. We really enjoy the active part of the gameplay and the kids love getting up and throwing punches. Definitely recommend this game.

The game is easy to pick up but a little difficult to master. A beginner could play it but it increases in difficulty and complexity as you continue to play.

It can be difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, you will have a lot of fun. Teaching my 6 and 8 year old will prove to be the next challenge.

Arms is a rare game. A new Fighting IP that's accessible yet deep. The base game doesn't have a ton of content, BUT it is receiving lots of free DLC updates (Another rarity in fighting games).

The game itself starts out with not a lot of content, but with it's first update it's already added another character and mode with more free content on the way. All around a really fun game.

This game is very fun. And good in a party atmosphere. But, I keep finding myself not playing it. I bought a bunch of Switch launch titles and any time I boot up my switch I'm playing a different game. That's not to say this isn't a creative or fun game. Its just there are more creative and more fun games out there.... And, I own them. Still, it is hilarious to watch my girlfriend wildly punching the air with reckless abandon while playing. I'm convinced she's going to break my TV or just punch me in the face while playing.
