Customers are saying

Customers commend ARMS' surprisingly deep and fun gameplay, phenomenal motion controls, and ease of use, making it enjoyable for players of all skill levels. Many appreciate the colorful characters and find the game's difficulty to be a satisfying challenge. However, some wish for more content and find the price point to be a bit high, while others would like to see more single-player options.

The switch console seems limited at the moment due to lack of games . While this is a good game, it will loose its appeal soon . If it comes on sale or you are a gamers club member, then by all means pick up a copy . Full price is a bit high for what it is . Bottom line, it is entertaining, just not for the long haul.

ARMS is a completely new type of fighting game with interesting and colorful characters, lots of modes and customization options, and a great online interface. With the promise of free future DLC adding more characters, stages, and weapons, this is an excellent purchase.

For a new IP, it's not Punch-Out, but it's not bad either. This is a fun little two-player or party game. The single player mode is just "okay" but the real fun is in the multiplayer. Nintendo has been consistently updating ARMS since it's release with new characters and content for free. You can't beat that!

Arms is a ton of fun. I was unsure at the onset whether or not it had enough content, but have found myself pleasantly surprised. Between the campaign, party matches and ranked matches, as well as trying to get and upgrade arms, I’ve more than gotten my money’s worth.

I'm not a gaming expert by any means but I'm pretty good with hand-held coordination and fighting games. This game is a blast but you REALLY need to start on easy and build your way up. Not a bad thing, in fact I appreciate it. But for those of you like myself who like to win, be sure to practice, practice, PRACTICE!

This game is really fun, have had some great family battles. The only issue we have found is the difficulty levels. Level 1 is great for everyone, almost too easy, but Anything above level 1 is wAaaaaaay to hard, it takes some of the fun out of it, it goes from beginner at lvl 1 to expert game developer at lvl 2

The game is fun and tough as nails, the characters are very well designed and different enough from each other to keep things fresh. My only problem is the lack of content here this game could have easily sold for 40 and it'd be a worthwhile purchase.

Attack and throw opponents in to baskets. Make long attacks. Arms is a game like no other in that it’s animations are cool and you fight till the end. In the game are a few battles that you score points as well. All in all it’s a fun well animated fighter.

I really enjoyed the idea of a new boxing game on Nintendo. I wasn't sure how good the game was going to be, but I'm glad that I was able to purchase it. I've been having a blast with it. Imagine that it's Splatoon but for boxing. Really good and stylish. Thanks!

I really enjoy the deeper competitive nature of this game. On the surface it's just another button mashing fighter but if you slow down and take you're time with this it really pays off. All the science of boxing and the fun of watching a cartoon in one package.

I bought this as a gift for a 10 year old nephew who asked for it by name before Christmas. I played it in-store and wasn't incredibly impressed, but it plays as advertised. Similar to the Wii sports games but better for multiple players. Nice interactive game, does not require an "athlete" to enjoy.

Initially the game doesn't look like much more than a take on Rock-em Sock-em Robots, but then you realize how deep the combat system actually is. Nintendo is doing a good job with free updates to keep the game fresh as well. Another winner for the Switch!

Able to play the game in short bursts, although the game feels wanting on content, the content that is there is solid, game runs extremely smooth, and the action is uniquely fast and fun. The kid and I play and enjoy ourselves, online is easy to jump into.

On the surface, ARMS looks like a someone re-skinned Wii Sports Boxing and gave the characters longer arms to punch each other. But what you find after some time playing this game, is a deep fighting game that is full of strategy, technique, and surprises.

Great game for people looking for competitive games either online or at home with friends. Bright, vibrant visuals too. Loses a star because once you have explored everything, you may get bored unless online multiplayer keeps you engaged; otherwise, it is always fun to pull out at parties.

Arms is a great game with many fighters, and none of the season pass up-charge that comes with modern fighters. The game gives you many ways to play, and is fun to play online or with a friend with couch pvp. Wait for a sale, but give it a try.

This game is fun and a great game to play with a friend or two! I suggest buying a pro controller but seeing they cost more than the game itself, it's ok to play without. The connection issues persist throughout all of online play and you will most likely get two to five connection errors per day.

So in theory this is an interesting game. Fun with kids, even little ones (5ish). But after a while, the images get overwhelming and it feels like blind luck if you land your strikes. There are better titles out there.
