This game is so fun!! It's a great party game but also an intense fighting game with a TON of depth! You won't regret getting this game!

This is a great game. The motion controls are pretty precise and easy to get used to. Lots of play value especially with it being up to 4 players. Graphics look amazing too.

Arms is a fun game especially with friends. However if you're a single player only gamer I'd say to wait. There isn't much here unless you love playing online with others.

Got this as a Switch option for multiplayer. The basic premise is straightforward. However, especially for someone who is not much of a gamer, it seemed there was not a lot of control. In some ways, that's a good thing, because people who don't play much are going to be on a fairly even playing field. My boys, who are much more experienced gamers than I am, seem to have enjoyed it, and spent a good deal of time playing it. It is nice that you can play with joy cons separate or together, so with the basic Switch you can play two player, but if you have a second set of joy cons you can play four player.

Finally a new Switch exclusive game. Makes good use of motion controls. A bit light on content but hopefully Nintendo will make good on their promise to post free updates.

To be honest I first purchased this game due to the lack of non ported Switch games. It looked pretty unique as well. Initially playing the game it seemed a little slow and basic, but after about an hour or two it really started getting fun as I got more accustomed to the controls and modes. The more you play the more dept in the play dynamics can be found. The multiplayer mode is setup pretty well, and is a refreshing take on team play. It also helps that they recently released a new update that includes a new character.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this game but, after having it for some time I can say I'm pleasantly surprised with it. There are solo, vs, and co-op modes with different game types as well. The motion controls are a little odd but, when placing the joycons in a controller it feels much better. My son and I have really enjoyed this game. My main complaint is that the co-op grand prix makes it difficult to maneuver when you're tethered to your partner limiting mobility and making it frustrating sometimes when they get grabbed and you go flying back with them. Overall not a bad game and we've really enjoyed it.

Ordered this from Best Buy, came on time and without any damage. It was for my nephews birthday but we took advantage of the free month of ARMS earlier in the year and honestly, ARMS is a great fighting game. It's fun and inventive, and if you can find people online to play with a much fairer feeling experience for a fighting game.

This is an awesome game for the whole family. You can use it with the regular controller and with the joy-cons. The latter is the best one to use as a family game. The characters (10) are very unique and each one of them has their strength and weaknesses. There are a lot of type of games and mini games, and the best thing is that they will incorporate games and scenarios for free during the year. You can't beat that.

This game is pretty fun. Multiple different game modes. Different characters with their own unique skills but you can get all the arms and customize for better assault.

First thing came to my mind when I got the concept was a game like Street Figther so some nostalgia came across. But is a really upgrade! For me, it was easy to understand the controllers. I give two thumbs ups to nintendo for that. You know I'm not a gamer and sometimes that issue can be intimidating when your 11 year old can control a game in 5 seconds. I really like it because is a multiplayer game so the whole family can enjoy! Actually my wife was happy because she really rules at that game...

Arms is a fun game that's easy to pick up but difficult to master. The single player is a little short but the replay value is huge.

I purchased the game on a whim to have something fun to bring to a friendly gathering. The game allowed many ways to play, motion controls and traditional button mashing. Although the group I was with, including myself, couldn't really grab a hold of the gameplay mechanics right away, it did seem fun. We didn't pick up the flow by the end of the night. But we can tell there it will be a fun game to play once the gameplay mechanics are learned, with simplicity and depth available.

Arms is a game the whole family will enjoy! Lots of fun for hours and competitions that are challenging but simple to understand.

Wow this game is awesome! It's a tough but fair fighting game, and the online is a blast. Motion controls work surprisingly well!

Nintendo Smash Bros. Meets Mortal Combat. Good cartoon beat em up game and use of switch controls. Gets kids moving too

This game is pretty cool and fun. My kids really enjoy playing it. I haven't played it with them, but I have watched them play. They laugh a lot! The arms the characters have are on long springs and reach a long way. All the way to the other person's character. There are a variety of different arms to choose from. This is a 4 player game, and it's like a boxing game. My kids are teenagers and they love playing it!

Game is surprisingly far more fun than I expected. The controls are pretty perfect and I normally don't like the motion style.

This was one of my first games purchased for Nintendo Switch. Pros: Art style, soundtrack, UI, and overall feel of the game are fantastic. It promotes a fun, party-like atmosphere that appeals to both children and adults. Cons: The motion controls didn't feel right to me and weren't satisfying. I never felt fully in control of my fighter. Keep in mind that there is an option to use button controls- that just isn't why I got the game. This is definitely a personal issue- I know plenty of people are fine with the controls. Bottom line- consider trying before you buy. The premise is interesting and the game looks and sounds great. It wasn't for me, but that doesn't mean the same for others.
