    Won’t start after just 2 uses… I just bought it a week ago… Best Buy wanted the box I discarded so I left it on the counter at the store now considering doing a charge back for them selling me a faulty product.

    Don't know why we waited so long to buy a rice maker. Great size for 2 to 4 people. Rice comes out perfect nice and moist, not sticky.
