I really like this rice cooker but my only complaint is that it stays on and occasionally the bottom of the rice gets hard.

Instructions say its dishwasher safe but washing in the dishwasher caused the inner pot to get a weird color and texture. We were able to return using bestbuy's great return policy.

Was good while it lasted for 3 months. Not sure if it’s not meant to be used every night or just something bad internal wise.

I have this cooker for a little over a year. I’m giving it 2 stars because it broke today and now I’m looking for a replacement.
