My internet has ran very smoothly since my purchase. I wish it was a bit cheaper.. but it was very easy to set up, and have had no issues thus far.

This is a compatible unit for Comcast. It works a lot better than the previous unit that I had from Comcast / Xfinity. Fewer dropouts and better Wi-Fi than what Comcast could provide. I have seen the newer units that Comcast is putting out there and it is about the same. However, owing one does drop my bill and with a four year warranty it is worth it. It will pay for its self. You might need help with setting it up. The company Arris was extremely professional.

I purchased this modem to use with my xfiniti service. It is fast getting my speeds 20-30 Mb above my service plan. I have about 10 devices connected on 3 floors in my townhouse without any dead wireless spots. It has a easy to use interface and a ton of options for novice to expert level security as well as traffic QOS. It comes with easy to install instructions and set up was a breeze. It has a nice sturdy build and the lights on the front will not blind you like some others out there. Great product.

This modem has excellent speed and stability. The router is able to transmit to all corners of the house. I'm extremely happy with the system.

I was hesitant to buy because of technical issue with comcast but it was A breeze to install and connect. It is better then comcast modem and super fast. I love it!

Easy to set up. Not as good streaming as Xfinity's X-fi tower as occasionally video suspends. WiFi works flawlessly

I bought this modem/router to replace one I was renting from Xfinity. Installation was quite easy. Just look at the back of your current modem and put the wires in the same place on the new one. Viola - save $13 a month on your cable bill. It pays for itself eventually. Please note - once we hooked this up our cable stopped working. You have to call Xfinity to let them know you have changed the router and for them to do whatever they have to on their end and take the charge off your bill. Cable, internet and phone are all working fine now.

This is the best telephony modem out there for the price. Easy installation, and works with just about every service provider. I had purchased a much more expensive modem to find out that it did not work with my ISP, so I suggest you check before you buy! If you use the built-in router capability, the internal antenna has great range, is dual band, and all physical ports are 1 Gbps. I only suggest this particular model if you are needing telephony capabilities....there are other non telephone capable modems out there in the higher price range that will out preform this device (if you are looking for that). If you are a streaming, multi-device user, this is going to handle what you need just fine....this is not suggested for large gaming households with multiple connections.

No more AT&T - - made the shift to Comcast and it is much, much faster...not even fair to compare....San Francisco's AT&T service is ancient DSL...hidden tech trick by the aging company, AT&T who no longer really even exists...they were sold to SBS in Dallas.....ha! Remember when former AT&T Chairman was roasted publicly for buying Comcast!?! Scorned for making the best move ever....

Worked great for wi-fi and internet. Was not compatible with Spectrum voice. Probably great with Xfinity and Comcast. Would not recommend for this area covered by Spectrum.

This works exactly as I expected. Have only had it a couple of weeks and have had no issues. This works well if you need to connect a home phone and the internet.

This is an excellent product. It is the exact unit (except for white color) as the unit that you would receive from Xfinity. I have the Xfinity unit and I bought this one for my Mom as she is on a fixed income and doesn't need the extra $10.95/month equipment rental on her bill. It was super easy to set up and the wifi range is great. I will be purchasing one for myself and giving Xifinty back their equipment so I can save the monthly rental. I highly recommend purchasing this for yourself if you are going with Xfinity Triple Play Voice (home telephone).

I purchased this because I was tired of paying to rent comcast modem. So glad I did. This one is much faster and the wifi reaches thru out the entire house.

I get WIFI every where in house now ! No dead spots still works as I’m driving down the street . It’s expensive but worth it .

Was paying monthly for same item with the cable company and works the same or better than their model. Easy to connect.

This a solid router/modem combo. It's ready to go right out the box and does live up to the advertised speeds on the box. It doesn't have allot of fancy extras but it is very solid for gaming, streaming and coursework.
