Got this for voice, router and modem combo for a very good price! Our cashier price matched it for us and saved us money!

Hooked the product called Comcast was on the phone for nearly an hour and ended up putting back the Comcast tower

Two non functioning usb ports. Instruction manual wrong/misleading. Description of controls/indicators wrong. Keep your old modem/router and save your money.

It was a beautiful piece but sadly my internet provider said it didnt support it. I was upset and had to return it.

I spent 4 hours working with my Comcast Xfinity tech people and we could not get this to work. they thought it was broken and so we took it back.

I would not recommend this product if your cable company is optimum, it just won't work period.

My issues were technical functionality. I had to return this for the NetGear equivalent at Best Buy. The web interface on the Arris was too limiting, primarily the DHCP server. I would have been fine to keep the Arris if it just had an option to turn off DHCP. The only way per Arris and Xfinity tech support, was to turn the Arris into a bridge. The NetGear though more costly, gave me the options I required.

Bought and hooked up after hours of trouble with Comcast. 2 months, 6 calls to Comcast and a service call later, they tell me it’s a hardware problem with the unit from the factory. Now it’s too late to return. Comcast Tech recommends Netgear over Arris.

if you have x-finity, please do not waste your money with this Modem. Very slow. you can even use a cell phone with the Wifi.

Does not supply a signal very far!! Very hard to acti viate , should have returned it !!

So far I’m happy with my purchased. It was kind of pricey but in the long run it will be cheaper than renting

I've enjoyed the endless operating hours without having to reset it for proper operation.

Hard to initialize often on restarts. Only plus is it has 4 gigabit ports.

Great for a home or apartment that's around 1500sqft. Not meant for a larger home or a 2 story home.

the box does not support gigabit speeds from xfinity only 642 MBPS down and 5 up....... will be returning product when i get a chance. do not waste your money on Arris. The Best Buy sales person said I could get phone and internet. I could only get the internet not the phone

Keeps loosing connection. I have Xfinity. They said it's not them it's the modem. Very frustrating. When you purchase this I believe you have 15 days to return. They have you by the balls by the time you realize it's your modem your over the 15 days. ......

Spent 2 hours on the phone with comcast, never could get this modem/router set up with wifi or ethernet cable. Reinstalled old modem/router and it works, thus this unit is going back. Buying something else.
