So far, no issues with the modem at a 500 MB download speed . The modem was relatively easy to set up.

My old modem-router was end of life. Rather than getting another one from Comcast and paying monthly for renting it, we decided to buy our own and save the cost of renting. Geek Squad tech Anthony installed it with incredible patience dealing with Comcast, something i could never have done. Thank you Best Buy staff for recommending the correct product and taking the anxiety away from me trying to install it.

Have never owned my own Modem. I have always rented from the Cable Company. The Xfinity Rep recommended that I buy my own and printed out this model for me to buy. With not having to pay a monthly rental I will have this free after 14 months of not renting. A no brainer. It not only looks good it works great. No problems experienced so far.

Except for the price, which will be more or less offset after 24 months ($10x24=$240), this modem/router is the best for Xfinity internet customers. The internet speed in our home went very fast when we started using this modem/router. After following the set up instructions from the manual, you need to call Xfinity customer service to register the serial numbers, etc.

I went with this product because the Asus didn't come in a router/modem/voice combo. I have it placed on the bottom floor of a 3 story 2300 sqft townhouse. No issues with wifi on the 3rd floor. If it continues to perform well, I'm taking the wifi extender back to the store. Anyone looking to use this with a wifi extender, be advised this device does not have a WPS button. Kinda sucks but it's still doable.

Just installed this modem and needed to work with Xfinity to set this up and activated. Now it's working beautifully! We have decided to purchase our own modem instead of renting one from Xfinity (save $15/mo.).

I decided to purchase a modem so I could stop forking over $$$ to Comcast (e.g. modem rental). I spoke in length with a Best Buy representative and settled on ARRIS AC-1750. I'm very pleased with the performance of my modem so far. The only reason I'm giving this modem 4 stars is because of the difficulty adding it to the Comcast network.

The modem works quite well, very fast downloads. The router allows connecting up to 4 Ethernet devices. I would have liked 10, but for most people 4 is probably adequate. The Voice of the Internet feature seems to work competently. There seems to be a slight lag between the first ring and the next, but that may be due to my particular service provider. i would say the one Con is the cost. It is rather expensive.

Amazing my speed is fast....and reliable...keeps me gaming

I switched from At&t to Xfinity.I decided to purchase Ac1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi router rather than rent from Xfinity. I Payed more upfront but definitely save money in the long run . The staff at Xfinity recommended this Router because it is compatible with the services they provide. Best Buy did not have it in stock but ordered it and was at my home in 2 days.

This router was a replacement for a Comcast router that was the same item. It does the job as expected.

Set up was easy and I saw a difference right away. It's a nice unit and does it’s job.

The Modem is easy to setup and works well with Xfinity.

great price with added value fast & reliable thankful

After many years of giving Comcast my money to rent this modem, i was fortunate to buy my own. It is a good feeling to have my Comcast bill lowered and more affordable. The product is not the color I would like, but it does the job well so far. No one helped me with my purchase, however due to COVID19 not many people were at the store which made my purchase an easy transition.

Works as it should. Didn't have any issues with set up and has been reliable.

Bought this to put an end to renting one from Comcast. Speed is much faster than the Comcast provided one. Has amazing features like dual band, it's a modem, router, and handles the phone line too. Overall very happy I bought this. I also like the USB port, added an external hard drive.

Recently moved to a Comcast triple play plan and bought this modem/router as it has telephone jack and it is approved by Comcast. Also did not want to pay the rental fee. It is a nice product and so far I don't have any complaints. It does not drop internet speed. I am using it just as a modem as I have a more powerful router. But in case my router breaks, I can always turn the router portion of this product.
