Fast and Easy installation from the product. Only issue was with Xfinity recognizing the installation at the beginning. Had to contact them to update.

Having purchased the wrong Router, the sales associate directed me to this unit. It was the perfect replacement for the monthly XFinity lease and works better. Very happy with performance, apperance and overall acquisition cost.

My old router had to be rebooted every night and its range was limited. After installing this product, I now had an extended range in my house, no need for extenders and no need for a reboot at night, Very happy with this product

Easy installation and connection to in devices. Activating the modem through Xfinity was a bit of a pain. But that's not the product's fault. No performance issues so far.

Was a snap to replace my rented Comcast modem. High speed modem with WiFi and telephone option. Comcast was responsive and helpful with the activation which I was able to complete online. Pricey but will pay for itself in 2 years.

Set up was not as user friendly as most but after set up, I finally had the correct speeds

Did not want to pay xfinity monthly rental fee for modem/router. It will take approximately 24 months to break even with the monthly rental fee. Works well, set up was easy.

Comcast identified numerous modem-router combos adequate to service our internet needs. Best-buy's online site had many available and provided reviews and star rating to help with selection.

After paying monthly to my cable company, I became convinced it was worth purchasing my own notice. It has almost paid for itself and the speed and reliability have been great.

I replaced my old Arris modem and apple wireless router with this AC-1750 since they were about 7 years old. I upgraded to 100Mb but the old setup wouldn't go above 70Mb. No problems so far after a month.

This is the exact same router I was renting from Comcast for $10/month. I was looking to save some money but turns out I will not start saving until 24 months from now- this modem is expensive! But it supports all our devices like Xfinity voice, Apple TV, PS 3

Easy installation and set up. No issues with this device, would recommend.

When I went to Best Buy the guy was so helpful in telling me what I needed. The only thing is when I brought this home it was already a year old. But it still works great , I hope it continues.

Great product once configured correctly by your provider, ours is a chat session and only got online correctly once a service person came by the house. The modem was great

If you thinking to replace your Comcast Modem and save your self $13 a month. This router modem combo is the one you need It does exactly the same thing as the one from Comcast! Just different color.

Works great. Has great wifi and the range is awesome can still use the wifi over 150 feet behind my house

This is a great Modem/Router/ Voice Gateway. It worked perfectly - straight out of the box. The three previous NetGear Nighthawk units did not work at all - DOA units. I highly recommend this ARRIS SVG2482AC.

Glad I purchased verses leasing from Comcast monthly for a two Year period would have be double, what it’s worth. Also purchased extended warranty. Comcast has the black one, I’ve adjusted to the white.
