I PURCHASED THIS MODEM TO REPLACE THE ONE I WAS RENTING FROM XFINITY. SEEMS TO BE AS FAST AS THE ONE I WAS RENTING.

No noticeable changes between the ARRIS SURFboard AC-1750 and the one rented from Xfinity. This will pay for itself in just over a year. Just as fast and flawless as original supplied by Comcast.

Works great. Has great wifi and the range is awesome can still use the wifi over 150 feet behind my house

We seriously needed to upgrade and got tired of paying for a monthly service fee with our old one. This has combined our old router and modem into one freeing up valuable desk space. YES I recommend it. It has already paid for itself!.

I bought this modem to stop paying Comcast $13/month rent on their modem. I ended up returning it and buying a DOCSIS 3.1 modem so I could have the latest standards and allow for higher speeds in the future.

Easy to install! Works especially well with Xfinity. Would recommend to anyone with smart TVs, computers, connected tablets, and cell phones. A one stop shop that doesn’t crap out on signal strength with multiple connected devices.

Easy installation and connection to in devices. Activating the modem through Xfinity was a bit of a pain. But that's not the product's fault. No performance issues so far.

Having purchased the wrong Router, the sales associate directed me to this unit. It was the perfect replacement for the monthly XFinity lease and works better. Very happy with performance, apperance and overall acquisition cost.

My old router had to be rebooted every night and its range was limited. After installing this product, I now had an extended range in my house, no need for extenders and no need for a reboot at night, Very happy with this product

Did not want to pay xfinity monthly rental fee for modem/router. It will take approximately 24 months to break even with the monthly rental fee. Works well, set up was easy.

After paying monthly to my cable company, I became convinced it was worth purchasing my own notice. It has almost paid for itself and the speed and reliability have been great.

Comcast identified numerous modem-router combos adequate to service our internet needs. Best-buy's online site had many available and provided reviews and star rating to help with selection.

Was a snap to replace my rented Comcast modem. High speed modem with WiFi and telephone option. Comcast was responsive and helpful with the activation which I was able to complete online. Pricey but will pay for itself in 2 years.

I replaced my old Arris modem and apple wireless router with this AC-1750 since they were about 7 years old. I upgraded to 100Mb but the old setup wouldn't go above 70Mb. No problems so far after a month.

When it works it works good but the Comcast service in my area isn't the greatest so it's hard to make a review of this item. I put the blame on Comcast.

Great product once configured correctly by your provider, ours is a chat session and only got online correctly once a service person came by the house. The modem was great

When I went to Best Buy the guy was so helpful in telling me what I needed. The only thing is when I brought this home it was already a year old. But it still works great , I hope it continues.

Purchased and installed for a friend. I was anticipating having a tough time getting their 2 phone lines migrated from the Comcast device they were renting. However, most of my time was spent trying to get Comcast to recognize the new device. The Arris instructions provide an 800 number for Comcast support, but I couldn't get past the automated menu. Once I became aware that the XFinity App was the primary method for installing new equipment AND got the app to let go of my account info, it worked very well. Phone lines came up without a hitch. Device has worked flawlessly for over a month.

This is the exact same router I was renting from Comcast for $10/month. I was looking to save some money but turns out I will not start saving until 24 months from now- this modem is expensive! But it supports all our devices like Xfinity voice, Apple TV, PS 3
