If you want to stop paying rent for your Xfinity modem this is the perfect item to purchase. Faster, better signal. Easy to set up, you don’t necessarily have to call Xfinity to switch, can be activated in their app.

I needed to replace my xfinity rental router. Everything worked out great. Just be sure to tell xfinity what you are doing so they can walk you through the set up.

This router was recommended by a Best Buy tech since I still have a landline phone. I am very pleased with this purchase. Hook up was simple and Comcast completed the setup with me over the phone without any issues.

This is a great modem/wifi router. I replaced a voip modem that was maxed out at 297m, and now I am downloading at over 700m.

Modem is great. Saves you coming from renting unit from Comcast. And the speed is great wireless speeds doubled with the use of 5ghz band from 2.4. Wife is very happy

Is a great unit with great speed cover, almost can say a free trouble problem and also open security port. Giving free trouble for VOIP phone connections.

This was an upgrade from an older Arris router. It was very easy to set-up and coordinate with Comcast. It has made streaming a true joy with it's enhanced capabilities!

Paying rent on your cable modem? This router will get rid of that rent and work even better. Wi-Fi is the same, better output. If they up your speed, this router will handle it.

Easy hookup and works great! I had bought one a few months back and couldn't get it to work, believe it was defective, so I returned it without any issues. This one was great and I am super happy with it.

I purchased this router/modem when I switched from Verizon to Xfinity Internet, so I wouldn't have to pay the $13/month rental fee for Comcast's router/modem and it works as well as the one I initially had from Comcast.

Works great so far and I haven't had to pay a monthly rental fee to Comcast for the last 11 months. Just hoping that I at least break even at some point in the future for cost of buying versus rental.

Works just as well as the Modem furnished by Comcast and I am saving $14.30 a month in rental fees. In 14 months I will start to be a head by this fee.

I Have Both My Networks 2.4 And 5.0 Both Work Fast!!! I Pay For Speeds Of 100mps But This Modem Putting Out Speeds Of 260Mps Download And 18mps Upload. Well Worth The Price.

I am sure it is a great router. However, we we were told it would work for our business phones/internet which it did not. When we returned the item there were no issues at all with the return. Very happy customers!

This is exact replacement of rented modern furnished by comcast. Pays for itself in about 15 months. Set-up was quickly done from web site. Only problem I had was I plugged phone into wrong jack - easy fix
