Wow. This router is amazing. I bought it to replace the Comcast one I have always used. It does seem to be a little faster. I just wish I had bought it sooner. All the years of $10 month...

Works just as well as the Modem furnished by Comcast and I am saving $14.30 a month in rental fees. In 14 months I will start to be a head by this fee.

We have always had issues with internet cutting out or running slowly. So far with this modem we have had almost no issues. At any given time we have approximately 8 devices connected.

Purchasing this from BestBuy saves me from having to rent it from my internet/cable company. In my case, it's exactly the same product, so hook-up was pretty easy. Works perfectly.

I got tired if paying Xfinity there ever rising monthly rental fee for their router. This router was a bit pricey, but will pay for itself in 15 months. Recommended!

Why rent when you can pay for this and itself pays for it after 6 months! Wish cable companies would disclose you can buy these. Rented for over 7 years at 8.99 per month!

Have not had one problem with this product. Have used it in place of xfinitys modem which cost $11 a month to rent. Bought this, my own and now I do not have to pay that charge on my monthly bill.

Purchased this when switching from Verizon to xfinity. Works well. I do not need to rent a booster (as I did when with Verizon) and I do not have to rent a router or modem from xfinity.

I wanted to give up the monthly cost of leasing the cable modem. This one is rated for use with my Xfinity package and so far the speed and connectivity are excellent. And no more monthly fees!

The router works very well and is very fast with the internet speed, however the Comcast technician had to take several attempts in order to get it connected correctly.

I recommend everyone to buy your own modern instead of paying Comcast a monthly fee for using their. My Artis is great investment and is to install.

Purchased to replace modem rented from Comcast and separate wireless router. The Arris combination modem/router was easy to set up and has provided consistent good performance since installation.

Took a couple phone calls to Comcast to set up the unit. After a few issues were fixed, the unit was set up and is working well. Glad I was able to purchase this unit instead of renting it from Comcast.

This router work excellent with my cable internet provider. When all my grandkids are all surfing I’ve never heard of them complaining about performance.

I bought this Arris modem because it had multiple ports for ethernet and phone devices. It was not difficult to install, and I find that it is faster than the Comcast Xfinity modem that preceded it.

Has worked great with fail for a long while now. Used with Service Electric internet. No dead spots in entire house on either floor.

Frustrated with Spectrum’s conflicting advice led me to buy an Arris router and resolution of my download speed issues with new Samsung Smart tv and a Fire Stick. It became a merry Xmas.
