The unit was a bit pricey but that was expected due to the fact that it has telephony built in. Otherwise performs flawlessly even while being connected to another external router.

Upgrading my modem and router was a much needed action when I realized that the slow performance I had was from using to many adaptors and interchanges to get internet across the entire house. After purchasing this unit I could have individual hard lines linked into the different adaptors so signal quality vastly improved. Also, upgrading from a 5-year-old unit to this one also probably helped. It is not perfect and I do occasionally lose Wi-Fi but overall it handles the high demands to keep my IOT home functioning.

I got tired of the increasing costs of the cable company and decided to get my own modem. Easy to install and works like a charm!

I work from home at times therefore I needed a modem that was also telephone compatible. This provided for all my needs. I turned in my Comcast modem which I was leasing and I am glad I did!

This modem compares to the one I was renting from Comcast Xfinity modem. I fgure it will pay for itself in about one more year.

Let’s cut to the chase. This is exactly the same router as offered to Comcast customers. It is the best you can get. However after about 45 feet the signal degrades. If you have a big house and you want to boost the signal or send it to your patio you will need an extender. Comcast routers are all refurbished. This is new. I got a 2 year Best Buy warranty and save $11 per month renting a router I am not perfectly happy with. Thus I can pay for this in 2 years with rental savings. If you go with Comcast you may need their MiFi extender package of 3 plugins for $119. I went with the Netgear Nighthawk extender for $149 which works perfectly so far.

Nicely looking, but no USB for flash/HDD, the ones it has are only for CHARGING - absolutely useless. Very simple in terms of setting, especially firewall related ones. The rest works fine

I was able to connect this very easily; the savings are great on a monthly basis from my cable company; highly recommend doing this.

Much better to buy your own cable modem than to pay the rental fee every month. It works at the advertised speed if your cable internet provider gives you those speeds.

I was having issues with my Xfinity internet. Replaced the modem router and after a slight glitch in setting it up which the Xfinity tech people helped with, excellant speed and coverage

I bought this as a replacement to my xfinity router. I didn’t want to pay for equipment anymore. I should have done this a long time ago. Works like a charm. Fast and easy to setup.

This router is amazing! We had so many issues with Comcast and Xfinity and internet going out every 45 minutes and now we get a much stronger signal and internet streaming is much smoother.

The router works great and was easy to install. I would recommend this item. It also comes with a year warranty. I bought the Best Buy warranty so I have a 2 year warranty.

This new modem router improved my download speed. The only downside is that now that the modem and router are combined, I can't turn off the router when not in use to conserve electricty.

was having buffering and connection issues with the comcast provided modem. They recommended this product and has worked flawlessly since I've installed. improvement has been dramatic.

great product and EASY to set up. So far no negative issues. good to have both router and modem in one unit.
