Arrived one day early. Set up was easier than I originally thought. Didnt know about needed battery for loss of power.

I spent more time on the phone with Comcast to register the modem/router and connect my phone line. But all in all everything was quick and works well. Noticed an increase of speed immediately!

Replaced my comcast rented modem. Comcast provided kept cutting out. Replaced with this and not once has it gone offline. Perfect!

Had a few difficulties getting phones to work (I believe it was Comcast's issue) Otherwise it's been great. Much faster than my previous modem.

I had much difficulty synchronizing this modem with my cable company Comcast, and my computer and phone, I returned the first one because there may have been a defect. The second one seems to be fine.I also had the Comcast technician come and somehow this new one had not been registered, even though I did do so.

Really recommended for any electronics purchase. It really pays itself off. Work really fast for gaming and it’s very secure.

I switched isp's and this product has served me well. The cost bit me up front but the overall cost will be less by not having to rent a modem from the provider.

This goes perfectly with a 4-person household. We don't have to rent from Xfinity anymore. It's exactly what I needed. Not too difficult to setup either.

our last modem died after 5 years! Deff got our monies worth and so we decided to go with this one It is great this far, have had no problems. speeds are great!

Disappointed with the lack of control for the user with this modem/router. I get frequent internet drops on my devices. Not my best modem/router combo but Xfinity recommended this model. I was happy with my Netgear modem and router but after months of working fine it stopped connecting, Comcast said Netgear doesn’t work well with their system.. neither does their recommended model either, they want you to rent. Soon they will have internet competition and I’ll say goodby.

I have only had it for a short time but it seems to be a good value for the money. Much faster speed than my old router. The Xfinity tech set it up and he didn't have any issues

Very easy to access and setup. Bought as an option to renting from Comcast. Very good reliability , but Comcast tells me it will not support their WiFi receiver.

Really appreciated how this will save me money in the long run instead of renting one. Easy to hook up and use and seems to be holding strong connections for gaming.

Modem was exactly what I needed to provide modem, phone and Tv in my home. I was a little worried about connecting it myself, but it was a breeze to connect. Thank you Best Buy!!

Arris makes solid products and this is no exception. It handles my 1 gig internet speed from my ISP without a hiccup

I bought this cable modem a little over a year ago to replace my rental and it has been working perfectly, very fast WiFi and is compatible with xfinity tripple play.

Great so far, needed new modem/router as my other one was a few yrs old and I was not getting the speeds I pay for. Since hooking this up I went from 45mbps to 866.

We got it few weeks ago and it is still working fine. It is faster than what we had and has more coverage downstairs than the one we were renting from Comcast.

I needed a router modem in one with cable hookup for my business and this was the only one I could find. I love it so much I’m getting one for my house too.
