bought this modem to replace the rented Comcast Xfinity Arris modem. I'm getting better wifi coverage and speeds by having my own modem.

After doing some research, this is the cable modem I settled on. The signal provided throughout my house (2400 sq feet) is strong. So far, no dead spots.

works great no lag plenty of download speed and the wireless is very good connected to comcast. also has 2 phone line capable

The router is working great. Luckily, I had someone here to install it. My only issue is that every time I purchase something from Best Buy, I get scammed by The Geek Guys. This time they wanted to charge me $400.00 for some year subscription!

Compatible with Comcast...I have TV, phone, and internet service with Comcast...no problems and now pay less to Comcast.

Wanted to avoid paying modem rental fee from xfinity. Actually ordered Motorola router but was missing USB port so went with Arris. Activated online as per manual but still had to call Xfinity to have them added to the account otherwise Roku app won’t work. I had problems getting the usb to work with external drive for media sharing only to find out from Arris that port is only for charging hence I gave four stars.

I bought this to replace the one from the cable company and it has not let me down. It performs as stated.

I had to call Arris twice to get the modem setup. Also know the fax is not regular dial tone. It has to be setup by cable company. Good range. I would purchase again if needed

great modem reaches every room in my house and the at&t one I had wouldn't reach my master bedroom but this one has no problems.

Great reception and coverage. Easy to configure and interface with XFINITY. Saving me $10 a month by eliminating XFINITY rental charges.

Very good router I switched to this one because it had a phone hookup on it which helps out a lot especially with comcast internet speeds.

This all in one was easy to hook up and had easy instructions to set up. Just wish Comcast didn't make it take Hours (!) to connect!

This is a great all-in-one modem that features VoIP for Comcast. It works well and is easy to use after registering your modem on their Network.

The Arris works just as they say it would, we have it in the upstairs price I. The middle of the house and covers the whole house. It handles the increased the faster WiFi speed of 850 without any issues. Setting it up was easy and they only Issue we had was setting up the phone to Comcast, and honestly I think it was more of a Comcast issue. Worth the money and in 2 years you recoup what the rental fees are from your provider.

I was waiting for Best Buy to get the most up to date modem/router so I can return the modem back to Xfinity. This works great for wireless and voice.
