I was a little bit hesitant to hook it up at first, but about 2 to 3 weeks after I brought it I decided to go on and do it. Great!

It is fast!! My family and I no longer fight over bandwidths. We can do high def Netflix, download a huge file, and play online games all at the same time.

Bought on the recommendation of Best Buy salesperson. I wanted a modem to handle television, internet and phone bundle from Xfinity/Comcast. At least at the time, it was the only choice available in the store that would handle the multitasks. It does a fine job at all tasks, and should have capacity for about any future bandwidth improvement imaginable. The only shortcoming is that it didn't come with a backup battery to enable operation during power outages. I bought one online and installed it. now I have to wait for a power outage to check out the operation of the whole system, including the battery.

I bought this to replace the one from the cable company and it has not let me down. It performs as stated.

Best I could get being that it works with xfinity and voip. Has modem, router and phone in one.

Wanted to avoid paying modem rental fee from xfinity. Actually ordered Motorola router but was missing USB port so went with Arris. Activated online as per manual but still had to call Xfinity to have them added to the account otherwise Roku app won’t work. I had problems getting the usb to work with external drive for media sharing only to find out from Arris that port is only for charging hence I gave four stars.

Compatible with Comcast...I have TV, phone, and internet service with Comcast...no problems and now pay less to Comcast.

works great no lag plenty of download speed and the wireless is very good connected to comcast. also has 2 phone line capable

bought this modem to replace the rented Comcast Xfinity Arris modem. I'm getting better wifi coverage and speeds by having my own modem.

I must admit that i was on the verge of returning this. For some reason the switch from Xfinity's gateway didn't go as planned. However, i did receive a call from Arris's customer service on a Sunday to walkme through the simple process. After that, everything has been sweet i am happy with this all in one contraption and am happy to not pay a monthly rental fee anymore.

After doing some research, this is the cable modem I settled on. The signal provided throughout my house (2400 sq feet) is strong. So far, no dead spots.

great modem reaches every room in my house and the at&t one I had wouldn't reach my master bedroom but this one has no problems.

The Arris works just as they say it would, we have it in the upstairs price I. The middle of the house and covers the whole house. It handles the increased the faster WiFi speed of 850 without any issues. Setting it up was easy and they only Issue we had was setting up the phone to Comcast, and honestly I think it was more of a Comcast issue. Worth the money and in 2 years you recoup what the rental fees are from your provider.

Finally made the move to replace my cable companies voice and cable modem. First of all this voice and cable modem is out performing the cable companies. In nearly a month I have not lost my internet wifi connection. Nothing worse than losing your connection during a facetime connection with work related function or friends. Not to be forgotten is the savings by purchasing this modem rather than renting from your cable provider.

I had to call Arris twice to get the modem setup. Also know the fax is not regular dial tone. It has to be setup by cable company. Good range. I would purchase again if needed

Great reception and coverage. Easy to configure and interface with XFINITY. Saving me $10 a month by eliminating XFINITY rental charges.
