No more Xfinity-Comcast rental fees

This is a must if you have a landline bc it has the telephony plug. Manually set it up and then called Xfinity so they can activate the item. Make sure you tell them you own it so they remove the rental fee from your account once you return the Xfinity rental. Works the same as the rental. I have not experienced much fluctuation in service. I'm not super technical regarding speed levels- good enough to watch my Netflix and online Xfinity programs.
