Works great but have to exchange the first one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to purchase a new modem after Comcast said that the one I have was one of them... since I bough 4 years ago from amazon and after 3 months to fight to not have to been charge for my own modem, I decided to get a new one. The first one the phone connected very well however the internet part Comcast was never able to get it on so it did appear that it was a defective modem so I return it and got a second one which after a day it was able to get it finally to work. That is the reason the lower score instead of 5 stars...
