Decent router/modem, except for Moca.

I had a Comcast service representative try to activate it but could not. Eventually a Comcast Technical representative was able to activate it remotely. Overall the router/modem was easy to set up and activate with the exception of Moca.

Problems with speed and range through the activation process. Issues were on their end. Tried to blame the modem not working correctly, but the issues were on their end. After 2 days trouble shooting over the phone, everything seems to be working fine now.

Works a lot better than the Motorola version

Took it back, talked to the sales guy and he recommended the arris. It was 1/2 the price than the Motorola and had more capabilities. No regrets on my purchase as it’s been over 5 months now since I bought it and still working fine!
