Good Modem/Router for X-finity Customers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the dickens of a time getting this modem/router to communicate with my internet/computer. I spent hours on the phone, first with Comcast, then with an Arris technician. Once it made the connection, it worked fine, as it should, because it's just like the x-finity one I replaced it with. If it hadn't been for the trouble connecting, I'd give it 5 stars.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product nice design the white color definitely shows how the lights shine through it looks great at night then also is easy to tell when it’s working in all of the lights are available in order to get the best connection and I would recommend this product to anybody who has cable especially for the first time and you have to get a modem that you know he’s going to work sometimes in my go out in the wind blows but it still is pretty good

Worked great until the lightening.

I also lost my Comcast TV box, but since I was leasing the cable box from Comcast, I got that replaced for free. I'm renting Comcast's Router for now. Before the lightening the router worked good, but the whole Comcast internet was not as good as Verizon's.
