Saw a lot of great review and decided to buy this. Took about 30 mins to setup and required to call Comcast to do the setup. Should have done this a lot sooner to cut back on the monthly payment with Comcast.

Working great so far

Only issue we've is the phone has cut out intermittently, but from what I've heard from other Comcast customers, this is a Comcast issue, not a router issue. We've only been using it for 3 weeks, and so far this piece of hardware is doing it's job.
