An Excellent System

Best Buy technical associates recommended the Arris Surfboard Modem/WI-FI with telephony capabilities. A Comcast representative installed the system and our Security Company rewired its system to the Comcast phone system. The system has worked very well.

Good Modem and Router, Bad Service Provider

It took about 2 hours for Comcast to set up. This is not the fault of Arris; the Comcast system is terrible. They control the set-up totally. You cannot use the Arris set-up tools to get this done. That said, if you have Comcast, this is a distinct upgrade from what Comcast supplied, and it avoids the monthly rental fee.

Save Modem rental fees!

Easy to transition and we returned the rental to Xfinity and are saving on our bill every month.
