    when i went to xfinity to make the switch they said all i need to do is use my phone. My phone was not compatible so it was a nightmare . But once i got it set up it worked great.

    This router/modem has been a good replacement for an older Xfinity combo but the signal isn’t as strong throughout my home. I installed an extender for a wider range signal due to a somewhat weaker signal for my teenager’s online needs.

    The installation was very simple. and Comcast was able to add it to my account relatively easy. I had questions about password protecting my WiFi so I called ARRIS customer service and they were A+! The man I talked to was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very patient.

    I have comcast for my internet and this was recommended by one of the Comcast employees . It was pretty easy to set up, though we did have to call comcast and go through a little rig-a-maroll. But one we got it set up there have been no issues at all. Great wifi coverage around my largo 3story house.
