This was the only 1 left in the msrket that supported Xfinity with voice. Yes. A land line. Nothing else i could find still has the phone jack with a modem and router.

SET UP TOOK 20 MINUTES, BUT NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, BUT SIMPLE THEREAFTER...PRODUCT IS STABLE AND WORKS GREAT...BEST BUY PRICE MATCHED IT TO AN INTERNET PRICE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY...YA CAN'T BEAT THAT KIND OF IN PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased in order to avoid paying the cable company a rental fee on their product which was the same as this model. Have had no issues with connectivity since day one and continues to pay for itself.

I replaced my Xfinity modem with this model, and now with 2 months of use, I've saved $28 on my bill and this hasn't had any of the issues that the other modem had. Wish I would have bought it sooner!

This unit provides a very good alternative to the Xfinity modem/router and it costs much less on a singe year subscription.

Could not get it to work. Internet company told me this is what i had to have. Seems this would work with the new fiber internet they ran. I returned for Asus

It does what it is intended to do. Set up instructions are a bit difficult. It's not plug and play. Took me a while to get into the wifi and set up the modem router combo.

Great quality product! We were renting an Xfinity router ~$15 a month, this product was compatible and was a quick setup!

Arris surfboard modem work fine for my needs, great quality and appropriate size to navigate within my area. I also prefer the white for my computer needs. Value for cost is good.

Although I was forced to upgrade my modem, I am very happy I did. My overall bandwidth increased exponentially once I installed this unit. Was not too difficult to install and has been very reliable.

Works great arris is the only company i useother companies like netgear is very complicated

This router exceeded my expectations! My main router is upstairs and we installed this second router to add a stronger WiFi signal downs stairs plus to hard wire and office down stairs. It works great!

I am 86yrs. and not familiar with the components necessary to allow family to network with the Lenovo computer in my home. I asked my, son to help me to upgrade and he accompanied me to Best Buy. He spoke to your sales rep. and we purchased Arris - Surfboard Wireless.

I really like it, but the set up instructions should be a little bit more clear.

It worked great when I first bought it. I routinely got the 300 Mbps I pay for. Now I'm suddenly getting on 10 Mbps. Comcast can't find any service problem. Not sure if it's the modem or my PC...

I am very pleased with this. The only issue I had was that my cable company that also includes my phone doesn't accept it for the phone portion. They do for the internet and cable though and that was the main thing I wanted it for.

Not sure this was the right one. But all you had at the Woodland store. I was told that it would do both my phone and the computer. But the Wave tech said no! Only the computer. Did not have time to look for anything else.
