This is an easy set up and works great! Saving 15.00 monthly rental fee from cable provider. Also this unit has not needed reset since I set it up almost a month ago!!

Excellent modem/router, purchased while on sale at good price, better than renting from service provider.

Easy installation and set up straight out of the box. Available ports make it versatile to hook up devices. Fast U/D speed as advertised. White color actually looks fine.

So far this has worked perfectly. I was tired of paying the monthly lease with my internet provider and this is a great deal. Easy set up out of the box. This was set up with only my iPhone XS Max, no computer or tablet. Be patient because it will take approximately 5-15 minutes to sync once it is set up. This is to allow the internet provider to recognize the system. It’s super fast, approximately 3x faster than the provider system that I was leasing. Cons: the only one that comes to mind is that the app to help manage the system is not supported very well and rarely if at all ever updated. So far so good.

Very nice modem/router, performs very good. Works great with xfinity internet. Very easy to hook up and the extra ports it has is very nice too.

Had originally purchased in April 2018 to get rid of the Comcast modem that I was renting. It paid for itself in about a year to year and 1\2. This summer my house had and electrical surge that affected the modem which I didn't notice till I shut it off to get new wifi extender added. Ended up I needed a new modem and Best Buy had them on sale for Labor Day. Saved $9 on something I needed any way. Great unit with internet, phone and wifi (2.4 and 5G). Never had a problem with the unit other than Mother Nature........

Purchased this product to avoid Xfinity wifi/modem rental charges for Internet and Telephone service. Purchased modem also avoided the public Xfinity WiFi hot spot included with rental WiFi/modems. Took device to Xfinity store where they scanned all bar codes and activated my equipment. WiFi component is reliable with no dropouts. Phone service is clear and crisp. WiFi broadcasts on both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz but does not ID the frequency in its singular SSID. In other words, you can't determine which frequency will be used by dual band devices.

I have always used Netgear routers but decided to roll the dice with this purchase. The main reason for the switch was the dimensions and color of the router, which was very important in our remodeled home office. Like Netgear, this router was extremely simple to setup and has a very friendly user interface. We have ~20 wireless items (laptops, phones, tablets, TVs, streaming devices, speakers, etc.) connected to our home network and once I got it setup it took only minutes to get everything connected to the new router and lock it down to prevent unauthorized access.

i bought this for my parents and i have no regrets with this purchase!!! they love it. the internet is very fast, was easy to set up, and looks really nice too

If you’re looking to get rid of the modem/router monthly rental fee this is a fantastic router. Speeds are very fast and no problems at all with many wifi devices being used at the same time.

This my second ARRIS voiced,modem router, they work great easy to hook up and perform very well in large homes. Waiting for Comcast to switch my phone over.

Easy Setup. Definitely worth getting over paying rental fees for Comcast. I feel like I get better speeds, and none the less coverage area as well.

This modem router is awesome. I didn’t know much about these products but did my research and this brand is highly recommended. I had one previously that was a 400 and this one has changed everything. I have not had one issue or drop since I got it. It’s easy to set up and looks clean and crisp. Recommends for sure!

I bought this months ago to replace Comcast modem (and to avoid rental fee). So far it's been perfect. No lag or buffer when streaming. Downloads are fast too.

Arris is a good dual band Wi-Fi modem. Bought this to keep Xfinity Voice Services and have a more powerful modem. Works great. Reaches all device's in 2 story home no problem.

My mother ABSOLUTELY loves her new modem/router. First, the speeds are blazing fast! My family can and does sign on the router simultaneously and everyone can stream their programs without any snags or problems with bandwidth. We love it so until our parents claim we don't spend family time watching television as a family anymore. However, they don't complain that we don't fight over the TV anymore either. All in all, we love our device and mom enjoys saving money on her bill each month.

My ARRIS - SURFboard AC-1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router with 24 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem was easy to install, is nice looking, and most important, it works great! I highly recommend it.

Great unit. Easy to set up, strong fast network signal inside and outside my home for a variety of devices. Being the modem for both wi fi and voice I had to contact my provider in order to complete the installation. That would not have been necessary if it was not for the phone service. The only negative was what it took for them to complete the set up of my purchased unit, which replaced their leased item. All the pain was the provider, not the unit. It will pay for itself in 12 months It was worth the hour plus’s on the phone.

This router has been working great for us. No issues with connections at all. Doesn’t slow down the internet either
