This works so much better than my old Xfinity modem that I paid for every month. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because I can no longer use the Xfi app to control the kids usage.

Although more costly than some others from online sales, this one does not cut you short with minimal coverage.

GREAT REPLAECEMENT ! This is my second Arris , the first one was stepped on too many times. It pays for itself for my Xfinity !

Good sale. The guy from Comcast said that it was overkill for What I needed. I kept it anyway. Lol

I have had nothing but a good experience with my Arris. It accomplished all of what I needed in phone, Wi-Fi and coverage. This is an awesome piece of equipment and worth the cost.

I always wanted to buy my own modem with dual band router because, why pay the cable company $ 14 a month when in a year it basically pays for itself !

This router/modem is great. It may cost a lot but now I don't have to pay rent to the cable company and if I switch companies it is mine and I don't have to get a new one.

For some reason it doesn't seem to be as powerful as the modem I was renting from Comcast because the wifi would keep dropping. I ended up connecting my smart tv to the Ethernet which works a little better.

I like you very much much better than having to rent a modem from the cable company save on monthly charges and you own it everything was easy to put together and install

Easy to install & link up with Comcast/Xfinity. Still trying to determine best location for WiFi signal to remote satellite box.

Great product! If you are going to keep your Xfinity for more than two years, why rent it when you can own it? There are always buyers if you switch to another service!

It took a lot longer to set this up than stated (altogether about 30 minutes). Otherwise it was an easy setup and great value.

This has been a great cable modem. So glad we purchased one rather than renting one from Comcast. The folks at Comcast were great to assist me in getting it operational.

So far so good with the modem. For some reason, idk why my 5g wifi processor quit showing as available connection just after cable guy did last activation process and left.

Replaced the router that the cable company provides. The wireless range this thing provides is excellent. I use this item in a 3b/2br house with several devices without issues.

Works as described. This is a replacement of an ARRIS that was only 3 years old...with that I hope this one lasts longer. Not many modems that allow for phone.

Work well with Comcast. The only thing is that it doesn't allow me to use the WIFI IDs out of the box, so I have to create new ones.

A pretty good unit. Faster speed. Great unit no internet charge .

Got this to replace our Comcast box that only came with 2 Ethernet ports. Now saving on the rental and have extra ports!

Switched internet providers and decided to provide my own modem rather than renting from the cable company, this fits the bill and provides great wifi coverage throughout my home.
