Works well, slower than the xfinityrouter i had but much cheaper than renting from xfinity.

My mother ABSOLUTELY loves her new modem/router. First, the speeds are blazing fast! My family can and does sign on the router simultaneously and everyone can stream their programs without any snags or problems with bandwidth. We love it so until our parents claim we don't spend family time watching television as a family anymore. However, they don't complain that we don't fight over the TV anymore either. All in all, we love our device and mom enjoys saving money on her bill each month.

Great unit. Easy to set up, strong fast network signal inside and outside my home for a variety of devices. Being the modem for both wi fi and voice I had to contact my provider in order to complete the installation. That would not have been necessary if it was not for the phone service. The only negative was what it took for them to complete the set up of my purchased unit, which replaced their leased item. All the pain was the provider, not the unit. It will pay for itself in 12 months It was worth the hour plus’s on the phone.

My ARRIS - SURFboard AC-1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router with 24 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem was easy to install, is nice looking, and most important, it works great! I highly recommend it.

I bought the router/modem as a very standard device whoch the signal strength isnt bad and upload speeds are pretty good.

Don't pay $10-15/month to rent a modem from Comcast. This is a router and modem combo. I replaced my Airport router and am very happy with the results.

Same model as my old refurbished modem provided by Xfinity. Only this one really works and its mine. (Faster as well)

The voice cable modem gives great speed and is very reliable. I would recommend this for users who have xfinity as their internet provider.

This AC-1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router replaced my rental router from Comcast. It has proven to be easy to use and manage advanced features. Allows fast speeds for downloading files/movies.

This device is the same unit as Xfinity would provide you for a fee of ten bucks. Month. The power and capability of this unit is a bit pricey but it has exceeded all my expectations that I had. I was a bit sceptical at first but when it started running, it put all doubt aside. I run my ring unit with three cameras and a chime, plus my direct TV and two computers, plus my phone and all my little gadgets and it runs super fast and has no sign of slowing down. I would Recommend this device to anyone who does not want to rent Xfinity's unit. I personally believe that this one runs better than going through a company to get one rented for a price. I have all confidence in this unit.

I wanted to save money renting my Xfinity Router so I bought the ARRIS SURFboard SVG2482AC as spelled out on the ARRIS sheet that came with the product (however the confusion is that Best Buy says I bought a SURFboard AC-1750...... and AC-1750 is not found on the paperwork that comes with the Router. What Best Buy and ARRIS needs is a proof reader like me to review the documents! Bottom line - Best Buy is good and ARRIS is good - all we need is someone like me who worked for Lucent Tech to review things so that you can have good customer satisfaction.

Super easy to setup, perfectly compatible with Xfinity service, great coverage especially where I had previous dead zones.

It is fast and so far reliable. The modem fits on top of a bookcase. I had it installed by the Comcast tech but I think that I could have done it myself.

I replace my comcast modem with Arris, so far it works great, easy to install, it has enough outputs and its wiFi is very powerful. Its compatibility with apple is great.

Works great! And I save $$ on my monthly Comcast bill. Easy to set up. Got 3 other people to buy this and they are happy with it.

As with other Arris products, this internet-wifi-voice modem came with great instructions and was easy to install. The modem activated quickly online with my Comcast account, and I started using it right out of the box. The wifi signal is strong, and the voice is clear. It was a little pricey, but certainly better than paying a monthly rental fee. My only complaint is the back-up battery is hard to find. Arris is out, and BestBuy doesn't carry. Amazon is the only retailer with stock.
