starts slowing down after a few days and has to be disconnected to reset. sometimes has trouble talking to the primary DNS server and again has to be reset.

A decent modem/router that seems to lose it's signals but does need to be reset at least once a week. Not sure if that's a router issue or internet issue.

I bought for my daughter for christmas. It set up easily but the wireless part seems to stop and restart at times. This must be a Comcast thing, still checking and working with them, It seems to be getting a little better. Not sure if this a software issue with Comcast or not yet. I was a little disappointed because I thought it would work perfectly from the reviews. But I did see some others also had a problem with Comcast. I would not recommend if you have Comcast.

It does what its expected to do, but once theres over 3 devices connected to it, the speed isnt that great as it was with 2 or less. Nonetheless its not bad.

It was ok but most of my items did not pick up either band. Very odd even after switching channels. Ended up returning mine and getting something else.

Good modem/router but I decided to go with a separate modem and router. Doing so allowed me to pick up wifi in a room that didn't with the Arris.

I like that it always keeps my wifi up and running. Con the distance it covers in my house is not great, the reception in my bedroom is very bad.

Bought to get off Comcast’s 10$ a month milking. Paid for itself already so it’s all gravy. Does what we need.

I bought this Modem/Router combo in an effort to get rid of some clutter at my work station. The modem is compatible with my Optimum service and the router works well giving good coverage throughout my house which is quite large.

This router is great it's compact design fits almost anywhere and it pays for itself since I no longer have to pay a rental fee from the cable company

Nothing special about this, but gets the job done. Not expensive and does both router & modem.

Purchased this for my daughter who is attending graduate school in a distant state and had her pick it up at her local Best Buy store. Only disappointment was I had to pay Illinois 10% sales tax (instead of Wisconsin's 5% sales tax).

İts a great product, i have bought another product begore. İ was not happy with it, changed it with this one and now i'm totally satisfied. İ recommend it.

I have owned other ARRIS modems in the past that I used with Comcast. I had no issues with them and they seem to hold up quite well.

Happy with this device but had one problem had to reboot ARRIS after leaving with my smart phone and coming back home to have it find my phone again.

Six months ago I purchased a refurbished cable modem. I had mixed feelings about purchase. Most of the time I've been lucky, This time the refurbished didn't last long. So I paid the price for a new modem. Its been working without a problem.

We were having internet issues but once we called Arris they did a reboot and now it works well.

I had a little trouble with the unit at first, but an IT call helped me reset the channel. Works great now. Arris Customer service was outstanding.

I turned in my cable box from xfinity and this does a good job. Now i dont have to $120 a year for a cable modem that i dont even own.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a Modem, I'm getting a new Internet Service, I had no clue how to select one, the young man in your store, I believe his name was Ray, was extremely helpful and with the patience of a saint .
