Works well with Sudden Link but it does slow down over time and has to be reset to clear its memory and return to normal spend.

Tech guys that concerted our internet said it was a good product and were surprised to see everything that it had. Was also recommended by someone at the store.

Had a hard time deciding which router to choose when my cable bill got out of control. One stop by my local Best Buy store and the problem was solved. The tech support is great and folks are very knowledgable. Thanks.

I use it in my single story house that is about 1700 sq feet and it works really well throughout the whole house. Was recommended this particular model by a Best buy employee and I am really happy with the purchase.

It is working with no issue so far. Worth buying rather than renting from the network provider. Happy that we got it

This router frequently drops connection, I should have read the reviews before hand.

Worked fairly well until an update to the firmware started issues where some devices could see the wireless network and then some couldn’t. Worked with customer service to try to resolve it, and when the problems started again, they said I had to pay because it had been too long since I purchased it to get service. I’m surprised since the issue was caused by their more recent firmware problem, and I had already reported the problem before their warranty period had passed. I’m surprised they are still even selling them, but obviously others have had a good experience. I just don’t recommend updating the firmware. Nothing but frustration, hassle and the run-around for corporate policies.

In regards to this product, I purchased it so that I can stream videos. I haven't had any problems with this product to date.

Worked very well for daughter at college. Took a little assistance to set up. Tech support was very helpful!

If your looking to purchase and not rent one from Comcast/Xfinity I highly recommend thisRouter/ Modem combo

Constantly disconnects. Always have to reset it or else my devices won't connect.

I bought this because I was sick of renting one for my at home internet provider. This box was very easy to hook up, connect and restart. I’m currently using it for Xfinity with no problems.

I received Great help in the store #55 when i had questions. Needed something that would work at home to deliver cable, internet, etc since i work from home and in the country. Perfect solution and works great.

Had a little trouble setting it up, but they have good technical support, and they walked me through it! So far, so good.

tried the dual modem with wifi froze up. purchased separate wireless and bothe the modem and wifi are working great.

I got a good deal on this modem black Friday. I like the fact it's a modem and router in one but it does not have great range. And my devices constantly disconnect and reconnect to it causing lag time. I guess this is because of the beam forming technology but not sure. I have a streaming device hooked up via ether net cable and that works great. But I bought this for wifi and it's not so great.

Does its job. Didn't find it to be any faster than unit was replacing, but that could be my connection is the limiting factor.

Signal is not strong enough for my condo. Only 2/3 of my unit has any signal, and the unit is only 1400 square feet.

So glad I'm not "renting" from my cable company any more! Such a waste of money. This works just fine. No problems despite having to reset occasionally (I had to do the same with the one I rented).

Frequent dropped signals, and frequent manual changes to get an open signal. It took several months to find one that didn't drop all the time. Lots of calls to my cable company and the product tech support. I as glad to lower my cable bill 10 bucks and not rent their product, however that 10 bucks also covers them keeping your line open. Glad we found a good signal that is not taken up.
