This Modem/Router is much better than the basic one but it does still drop out and need to be reset occasionally.

I purchased one from another store and without help I bought the wrong thing. I went into the BB in Estero FL and the salesman took me right to what I needed. Price was right too.

Had no trouble replacing my rented router/modem from Comcast. The only thing I didn't know was that I can't add a phone line if I wanted to. So for now this product is great.

I have had no problems so far with this modem/router. It is very bright at night. The router has average coverage.

I got tired of renting a unit from Comcast and have been happy with this router in my home.

Nice to be free from Comcast modem. Light is bright so consider that if you are in an apartment.

bought on sales consultants recommendation. With reception in the south bay very spotty, I can only imagine that using a TWC rented device would be poor at best. glad that I made the purchase.

Seems adequate. Xfinity easily connected to it. Seems slower than advertised but still quite fast.

Was having problems with TW modem. Contacted TW service who actually recommended considering purchasing own modem. Wished I did it years ago to save the $10 a month rental. Good wi-fi range.

Two years later and I still have no complaints. It’s worked very well, and the only time the internet ever has an issue is when there’s an outage.

Although the modem function part works great like all surfboard modems but the integrated wifi router can use some work. Both the 2.4/5ghz sides of the router slows down to a crawl after 5 days of uptime. A reboot solves it. I believe this is just a firmware issue and not a hardware issue. Hopefully a firmware update solves the problem.

I bought this to replace a Comcast model. I am satisfied although its reach is not as good.

Worked. Very well until it shorted itself out; then the LAN stopped working. Was replaced by Nest Bjy manager.

This is a good router for the money. I run two smart Tv's, 3 tablets, and two laptops. No issues so far.

It gives great internet throughout one area of my house and an ok signal to the rest of my home.

I have tried this modem/router for a few months and I hadn't have any problems. It saves space and looks great!!!

This is a overall good product. I think i had to restart it twice.. I believe it was due to xfinity service :/

Very user friendly. Works well for our small house. Signal a little weak in the back bedroom, but not bad.

I set it up for while I was gone for the summer and half way through the season it needed rebooting

Works very well with xfinity/Comcast connection. Signal strength can be an issue if you have a large apartment.
