Does what it says it does. I've had a handful of arris modems, and never had issues. The built-in wireless is nice in such a small package. wifi speeds are good.

I have no complaints besides it lagging every once in a while. But it is good for gameplay

Salesperson listened to my needs, my budget and recommended this wireless gateway. Very easy to set up and connect with TWC internet.

The only issue is that I have with my Wi-Fi but they have nothing to do with this

Works great most of the time. Other times we have to manually reset it to work (about once a month).

For simple use at home i have no problem with it. Primarily use for watching streaming sites.

I bought this modem to replace the "LEASED" one from Comcast I waited until it was on sale to get it so that and not having to pay $10 + per month made it a really good deal

The self-installation for a Comcast Xfinity input was very simple and the Box did all the work. I get speeds in excess of 100 megabits on the 5G WiFi. It is worth the money.

It might function great in a single-level home, but I have a two-story home, approx 2300 sqft and it could not broadcast its signal far enough to cover the whole house, even with the extender that I have. Returned and bought the 6900AC instead, which is working tremendously better!

We switched to TWC and the rep told us if we bought a router, we would save $10/month. Rep told us they get their routers from best buy. Was easy to set up and works great.

Bought this because my old router had range problems. This router has given me no troubles so far. I would buy it again if I had to.

This is an improvement over my old modem/router but I have had to reset it a couple of times already.

I bought this cable modem /switch to be used with time warner cable. It works awesome. High speed wireless and supplies the whole house plus 2 Roku's streaming without a lag.
