I cannot get my connection to be both 2.4 and 5.0?

No complains. The technicians were surprised to see such nice item. Better than what they loan!

Prior to getting my new router/modem , I was having trouble being able to use the internet throughout my house. Now I am getting reception in every room in my house.

i bought 2nd time.its working excellent n wirless network is working very good.i will recommend my friends.espicilly i thank for best buy.they show me this product.

This is a excellent product and works well. My only concern is that it only has 2 CAT5 connections, but that's my fault for not looking more carefully.

This system was recommended to me as a reliable product. I had to return it because it would not stay connected with Comcast. We spent a lot of time booting the system.

I have been having this for about a year now and I live in a small apartment in Berkeley and it gets great connection everywhere in my place.

Purchased several of these after the first one. With the new high speed internet in my area, have to have at least DOCSIS 3.0. Upgraded all of the old 2.0 with these.

This wireless bar is good for a small apartment or room but the range does not go very far.

Love this! We have so many interferences where I live and the old modem was just useless. Now only if Spectrum could catch up to the speed then it would be better!

My consultant at BB helped me select this router/Wi-Fi and it was the mid-range price model, not the most expensive. Router works great, good reception in all rooms.

Gets the job done for wifi and covers a two story home for the basement so no complaints.

Purchased this on the 11th. During the time it was installed, I had no end of problems with it. It kept dropping signal--requiring a reset almost every hour. It also would not keep me automatically connected--requiring me to disconnect and reconnect with the passphrase each time I did a reset. I ran diagnostics on my computer to see if it was a bad LAN adapter. No problems there. Then my wife began experiencing the same problem on her computer. Again, no problems with her LAN adapter. Fortunately, it was within the 15-day return period and Best Buy personnel were really helpful in processing the return for refund and help me purchase a new one--but next time I'm sticking with Netgear.

Much better streaming than the Motorola that I replaced it with . Well worth the price .

Wifi Signal sometimes cuts off when going from living room to bedroom maybe 20 feet away
