Unsure what to think... My internet is sluggish, don't know if it the modem/router, laptop or comcast. Hmmm...maybe it's a combination of all 3,idk.

Upgraded my 3 year old modem and router to this based on recommendation at work. There was very little improvement in signal strength and for whatever reason I could not connect various devices to it. Then items I did have connected would then not be able to connect. Very frustrating. Took it back and bought Google Onhub, waaaay better!! Thanks Best Buy for returning my Arris surfboard.

It worked great for a little while and about 2 months in, it started just randomly losing signal and having to be shut off and turnt back on

Bought to update my system. I own 2 homes and use a sling box at 1 on and off times. It hasn't been working well lately so needed to upgrade my equipment.

Everything works great however running 5 and 2.5 Wifi doesn't work well. The 2.5 band drops or stops presenting it self to older computers and PS3s / PS4s.

This route it was very slow and did not meet my niece. I still have it because I cannot take it back for refund. Very disappointed

I have been using this 3 months and I believe I’m constantly losing my internet signal lately; I wouldn’t r come end it for friends.

So the blue shirt told me not to buy this. But it was cheap and I didn’t do a whole lot at home... except watch Netflix... and for that it sucks. It’s only good for checking your emails. And even then, don’t have too many people trying to check their emails. I should have listened to the Best Buy employee, they know their stuff.

Very good modem - but lacks power when it comes to WiFi antennas - had to return to get the next version

I was upset when I use this product because it is not good for wireless you have to be near with it to get a better wireless signal.

Need a modem for my new cable but disappointed in the router. Might return it and stick with my old Netgear. Hard to return stuff to Best Buy tho.

This item is used almost 24/7. For one full year. It is now at the end of its life span. It is tired and hopes for us to replace it soon.

I don't like it because i am in the internet and my son is in the playstation and it gives me promblems

Requires to be reset often not to happy with the quality for the price it cost

Other than having a small range, it works well. Need to get another product though to get wifi upstairs (and we have a small house).

I can honestly say it works but ever since I started using it my son is having issues staying logged into the internet on his PS4.

I have to take it back because it won't get enough rage to keep staying hooked up to my tv downstairs with wireless internet...

I like having wireless Wi-Fi throughout my whole house I can get on my laptop my tablets without having to search for a hotspot

I live in a townhouse and mounted this in a middle area of the house. I had several dead zones

I had to call CS as the network kept disappearing. I also expected the 5g network to be better but it wasn't the case.
