Dont Buy Arris and Best Buy & Comcast cant fix it

Best buy rep said he did not have to contact Comcast this time. He was wrong. I had no internet. I contacted Comcast and the registered the product. Also best buy said I was scheduled and I was not so that took a week even before this. Now my internet fails. Comcast has been out and I called, called Arris 10 times and contact best buy geek squad who said for an addition $99 they would come out. So I paid for Comcast and best buy and still after 15 min. all fails. Best buy said they would support it but I guess for $78 I was wrong. Never buy this product or buy best buy support.

It only allowed me to connect 2 devices at a time. Ended up exchanging it for a Netgear router/modem that actually works
