I try to give this device a chance but I got tried of unplugging to get my internet. Return for a different product. Their customer service was mean and rude . The setup was okay . The device lights up like a Christmas tree.

I bought this kbecause I was having issues with my wifi connection. the signal was very week and I was not getting anywhere close to the speed I was paying for. Had to keep it to to long to return it.

This piece of equipment did not work for me. After several attempts, it didn’t seem compatible with my comcast when it should be. Bestbuy exchanged it for a better model and honored the discounted price.

We purchased this router modem combo but unfortunately had to return. We kept losing our internet signal. We returned to Best Buy and ended up spending more and purchasing a Netgear Night Hawk router modem combo unit.

This ARRIS modem is compatible with Xfinity however the signal was weak in my home and my laptop would never keep the signal. I ended up using Xfinity modem and now my laptop keeps the signal with no problems.

It works... but like most of us we share the internet with those around us. So it works but it doesn’t have many channels to upload and download, keep that in mind.

Cox was unable to make it work. They ask me to be without internet for 48 hours, so they can try to fix the problem. I cannot be without internet for this long, because of my job. So, I am not using this product yet.

This modem works just fine so far, but the description says it has a USB port...and it does not. I bought it specifically because of the USB port, so I am considering returning it.

We were assured by sales clerk that this modem would be adequate for the square footage of our house. It was installed downstairs. When upstairs our phones and I pad do not automatically connect to our internet. It also stops while using internet and we have to manually reconnect. It all works fine when we are downstairs. This obviously is not compatable with our house! Very disappointed with both the product and the Best Buy employee who recommended it!!!

I purchased this router so that I could stop renting one from the cable company. This router wasn't great. It dropped the signal a lot. After a week of this inconsistent service, I returned it.

When I bought this router I was told that it was the best buy for the buck and it would solve my wifi issues. Weak signal strength in the same room. But in all fairness is could just be Netflix

I bought this combo router/modem because of the strong recommendation from the sales guy. I don't feel that the wireless range is very strong at all. I wouldn't purchase this again.

To slow for my internet,had to upgrade to a more expensive version. It's still a great brand, this one is just to weak

this modem didn't live up to what it said on the specifications. My connection was weak. Dropped the WIFi signal constantly. I feel it overheated. the compartment is too small.

The device worked OK, but performance was very poor. Had to return this and get separate cable modem and router to achieve the consistent throughput I expected. It's very unfortunate.

Sadly this device had super weak signal that would drop out throughout the day while working at home. I ended up returning it and replacing with a not two-in-one.

The integrated modem and router did not work on the 2.4 band consistently. The 5.0 band was fine. My printer and Sonos speakers would not work as they required the 2.4 band. I would unplug the modem and plug it back in to reboot and it would work fine that evening only to then not work again by the next morning. I exchanged it for a separate modem and router and have had no issues since.

Had to go thru phone support to get it hooked up to wifi. Now my password doesn't work and I can no longer hook up my printer or smart tvs. So... irritated.

I bought this to replace the comcast provided one and save $10 a month. I had to return it because of intermittent drop outs on both 5.0 and 2.4 networks.

Disconnects devices when other people log on to the network. Hardwired computer to one of the ports constantly disconnects and has IP address issues
