Using for a two bedroom apartment and range not good in 2nd bedroom

The signal keeps dropping and have to restart all the time.

This product is dual band which is the main reason I bought it. However, wifi connection would drop multiple times daily. Decided to return it, and the person that helped me return it, told me that it probably was not compatible with my high speed internet (I have Xfinity).

I went for the cheapest price, I got what I paid for.

I only get two bars sitting in the same room as it. -___-

I don't recommended this product. It has very weak signal.

Wanted usb and cable in same unit. This didn't have it.

Work sometimes, when many people are using is too slow

This was bought to replace a Spectrum modem-router combination to avoid having to pay rental fees. The router signal was not strong enough to work from the basement location which the modem required. I replaced it with a separate modem and router.

dont like it at all wouldnt recommend it to any one

I feel internet speed got reduced than original speed

Steer clear of this one, it has documented manufacturer issues - I returned this dud and replaced it with a Linksys model which not only runs circles around it with bandwidth and signal strength but stays connected! If you want problems buy this.

I bought this item because of the good reviews but it turned out to be a really bad modem/router. It would disconnect and reconnect constantly even when standing only 3 feet away from it.

Bought this after visiting Xfinity website/recommendations and read review at Best Buy too. But could never configure it as it would never register my Xfinity account. Then had to return this back and got a new Netgear which is working awesome.

This item is terrible. I have owned it 9 months and it keeps dropping the 2.4 band which operates cameras, smart devices. Extremely frustrating. They replace it and the new one did the same thing immediately. Buyer beware

It may have been defective. Because, I bought it to replace one I bought a couple years ago. And the old one had a strong signal when in the same room. This one had only 2 bars. So, It was a pain in the butt. I had to change it back.

I bought 2 of these. 1st one didn't work at all. 2nd one worked for about a month then overheated. Arris said it is my responsibility to pay to have it shipped and repaired. Best Buy said send it to arris were no help.

Salesman assured me this would work with Fios. When they came to install the tech. said not only is this the wrong one, is is not even a good product. Returned it right away and explained that they sold me the wrong product,

The dual router was not strong enough to pull in a wireless signal. If you have a larger home you may need to buy a more powerful router. I had to actually purchase a dual router plus an additional router.

Every time a new device would connect I would have to reset modem because it would stop working. It would also just suddenly stop working. I had to return it bought the netgear 6300 works a lot better
