I would not recommend this product. We had trouble accessing phone and IPAD apps if not in direct line to modem/router. Called Arris twice and the tech put me on a different channel and nothing worked.

I purchase this modem because I was told it has a strong connection and better range my wifi is constantly dropping off unless I'm standing 15 feet or less from the modem smh

Did not work called cable company multi times to fix but it wasn't the cable it was the product Best Buy return policy sucks probably more of the reason I hate the product

This item is very poor! Very Slow. I only have one TV working and maybe one computer doing emails and it’s miserable and slow! Don’t buy this! Need refund!

I got this for my 1200 sq ft house and it couldn't even cover half the house. I would not recommend this product. I return it for a nighthawk 2 weeks after buying it.

The one I got was not working. After 2days, every morning WIFI 'd bee disconnected. Also I had to reset program including pass word. May be I had defect product.

Never able to get consistent Internet. Works well for a while and then requires a reset. Have to return this and get something that is more reliable.

I followed all of the instructions for setup word for word. The signal strength is terrible. It's worse than the 10 year old equipment I was using before.

This modem/router only worked for a year and a half. It now drops off-line for hours at a time. Comcast says it is shot!!

this modem is bad before I got this I had good internet but not now, I cant use my Wi-Fi since I installed it no Netflix or not anything else!!

Defective. Returned it. Second product from best buy that doesnt work! Isnt it a electronics store? What the heck? 45 min trip one way!

I realize there must be a broken piece in the unit, I returned it and purchased a Net gear AC 1750, model 6300 from best buy and am very pleased.

Terrible WIFI range. Couldn't reach to master bedroom, would cut out. Very slow WIFI in next room over. I would not recommend this to anyone

Stay away from this model.It Looses the wifi Signal all the times.I Tried two of the same models,and both of them lost the wifi signal.

Bought to switch to Time Warner internet, constantly the wifi signal would stop broadcasting, PITA when working on a VPN and streaming

I brought this product and it constantly kicks me out of Wifi. I have to reset it at least 4 times a week just to get on the Internet.

I bought this on the recommendation of the sales person. Terrible product. It's slow and cuts out. I may be done with Best Buy.

Bought this router for general home use in a small area. Did not work well. Returned for different brand.
